I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Greely several times. He is very knowledgeable and can explain his diagnosis in terms that anyone can understand. Dr. Geeley is a nice guy that would make anyone comfortable. I plan to ask for Dr. Greeley for future visits to ICON Eyecare.

Dr Batista and his staff were friendly, patient, competent and efficient! The exam was comprehensive and the quality of care excellent! The technology seems state of the art, and the staff seem well trained to use it. The hands on care was gentle and sensitive to patient’s needs. The administrative staff was courteous and welcoming. She was attuned to waiting room vibes.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by my recent experience at this eye center. During what should have been a routine exam, Dr. Kacey Gilford was discussing my eye health and mentioned that I may need cataract surgery in approximately 10 years. Immediately after saying that, she followed it with a comment along the lines of, “hopefully you’ll be alive in 10 years.” I was completely taken aback. I am in my early 50s—not in my 80s—and there was absolutely no context where a statement like that would be appropriate. In a medical setting, where patients are vulnerable and relying on professional guidance, a statement like that is not only inappropriate—it is deeply unsettling. There is nothing humorous about implying uncertainty about a patient’s life expectancy, especially when discussing their health. The comment stayed with me long after I left the office. It caused unnecessary stress, significantly raised my blood pressure during the visit, and turned what should have been a straightforward appointment into an uncomfortable and negative experience. Patients place a great deal of trust in their healthcare providers, and that trust depends on professionalism, empathy, and thoughtful communication. This interaction demonstrated a serious lack of all three. Because of this experience, I will never return to this practice, and I would caution others to consider this before trusting their care here.

Dr. Dayani is a GREAT doctor, and knows his stuff. I had a black area in the upper right corner of my eye that was a detached retina. Dr Dayani injected my eye and within days the right corner was normal again. GREAT doctor!!SO good at this procedure!!
