Heather and her colleagues are terrific...I would give her 10 stars if I could. She kindly and patiently adjusted my glasses and now I see so much better. I tried buying glasses from an online store but I never saw things clearly with them. It really makes a difference to buy glasses in person from a professional optometrist who can tweak them for your specific eyesight issues. In addition to solving my eyeglass issues, Heather was especially nice and helpful. Thank you!

Doctor gave me the wrong prescription all along and they me treated like I didn't know what I was talking about or that I was lying after rechecking my glasses and changing my prescription twice those girls in front they never actually let me see the doctor at all but instead tried to fix the problem themselves which was very confusing unprofessional in frustrating anyway it took me going to a whole another practice to actually see the doctor and get the correct prescription in the end!! I usually never ever had any problems in the pass with Walmart vision centers except for this one lol

NOT ENOUGH STAFF!! The woman at the front desk is lively and helpful. Why don’t you have more staff to help customers? I waited 20 minutes before she could help me. Then when I went back a week later I had to wait 30 minutes just to pick up my glasses.

So grateful Dr. Carter's staff worked in a immediate appointment for my mother who lost her glasses. Keep in mind - the eyeglasses may not be covered with your insurance, just the eye exam. Had to go somewhere else to get glasses (that were part of her insurance and much more affordable).

Easy breezy eye care experience. Dr. Carter's staff is very pleasant and super knowledgeable. I thoroughly appreciated their expertise and enjoyed my appointment. The glasses shop also provided really great help in finding my new pair of spectacles.

They do a great job!

When the office staff knows that they are short staffed let patients know this when you come in. To sit in a waiting room for an hour is inconsiderate. I know I don’t have a block of time out of my day to just sit in a waiting room.

My boyfriend and his family have been coming here for a long time and highly recommended it to me when I moved here. Their recommendation did not disappoint! The office has a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Marcia Glass was very nice and really took her time with me. I will definitely be making this my go-to eye care!

What an amazing group of people! I am over 40 and wanted to get contacts but have been horrible at putting them in and from Shannon, to Dr. Marcia Glass to Bob they took time to show me how. I can see and i feel like i have a new lease on life. I highly recommend this practice and thanks to my friend Chris for referring me!
