I was there a few weeks ago for their promotion. The appointment was good , I was able to get my new prescription and able to choose the frames no problem. I was told I would get a call 7-10 business days. 10 business days go by, I called and ask for an update. The lady on the phone, tells me that only one pair is ready and the other should get there sometime this week. I asked if I could pick that one , since I really needed them. Since my old pair was broken. I get there, and both glasses are there! I wonder why did the lady on the phone said only one was ready and how long they been there. I’m upset because why they don’t call as soon they gave have them ready. I need glasses for everything. I was patient enough and waited the whole 10 days. And not one call.

The lady working there was very nice and took her time making sure I was happy with my glasses. The glasses arrived on time. Thank you.

Dr. O'Shea is fantastic. She was very kind and explained things very well. The receptionist was also fantastic. She helped me find the cutest frames.

The front office staff were so kind in helping me find the correct pair. I was given a great tip to optimize my appointment and save the most money. The staff that did my exams were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me great advice about my contacts. I was overjoyed with my checking out experience because it was so affordable. Best eye appointment I've had in years!

Dr. Choudhary performed my procedure. She was there for us right from the start. Helping with insurance requirements, performing the surgery, and the follow-up care. Couldn't have had a more capable physician looking after me. Extremely happy and would highly recommend her services to anyone needing any eye related procedures.

Customer service is outstanding. I love my glasses and the service including try-ons and repairs has been kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Never again—unacceptable care and zero follow-up. I had a horrific experience here and strongly advise going elsewhere for care *.Extensive Wait Time: I was forced to wait over two hours before my appointment even began. *Painful Procedure: Dr. Shelton performed my SLT laser procedure, and it was incredibly painful. I could actually feel the laser hitting my eye. I was crying during the procedure and explicitly told her I was in pain, but it was not properly addressed. *Severe Aftermath: Later that night, my eyes were hurting so badly that over-the-counter medicine provided almost no relief. *Shocking Admission: When I called the office the next morning to report the severe pain, staff told me they were "trying out a new laser machine" and "don't know all the side effects yet."Zero Medical Response: It has been days, and Dr. Shelton has yet to call me back. No one from the medical team has reached out to address my pain or my complaint. Treating patients with unfamiliar equipment like a video game is dangerous. Make sure you ask heavy questions and protect your health by choosing a truly skilled, attentive professional.

Dr. Lukens is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He explains all of your options including variables, average success rates, and pricing. My sister recommended him to me and she tends to find the best of the best. Purpose of my visit; seek another option besides readers if possible, as I was struggling to read restaurant menus and IPhone articles or texts. I opted to test one of the several options that felt reasonable and affordable to me and walked out that day being able to read small text again (single contact lense solution is working well for me so far).

Dr Pandergast and the staff are always kind, considerate and very professional. Dr. Pandergasts good nature and gentle manner truly help through difficult eye injections. Mom is in a wheelchair and the staff is so helpful and accommodating with all of her needs for testing and treatments. We would recommend Retina Associates of Cleveland 100%. I can not say enough how much I would recommend Dr. Pandergast and the entire group.
