Nice people friendly staff

The manager Jada is horrible. I was 5 minutes late due to construction, they rescheduled me. No apology, etc they claim to have a non posted 4 minute late rule. I called corporate and the territory manager……crickets. The manager’s attitude is so blasé and sarcastic. Worst ever!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Greenbaum since 1998. I have been suffering from dry eyes for quite sometime now. I used drops which did very little to help and only gave me temporary relief. Dr Greenbaum suggested the laser procedure for dry eyes.. I was nervous at first and hesitated. Eventually, I made my mind up to have it done as I was tired of suffering. (And for all those who suffer from dry eyes you know how it feels.) I went in to have it done, the whole procedure took about 10 minutes!.. My eyes are no longer dry and they feel so much better! No more tearing, pain or dryness. No more having to keep putting drops in my eyes several times a day. The best part, I no longer have to wear glasses every day as I can now wear my contacts comfortably without my eyes getting too dry. If you are suffering from dry eyes, get the procedure done. You won't regret it! I am so happy to have Dr Greenbaum as my eye doctor. He is amazing!! Thank you Dr Greenbaum!

Both onsite doctors acted extremely unprofessional and impatient. One rushed up the examination in less than 10 minutes, refused to answer a basic question about vision changes, and gave an incorrect prescription so I had to re-order second … More

Ive worn glasses since I was 5 years old. Ive visited many different offices over the last 25 years and Cohens was by far the best. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time and showed my different options with my insurance and helped me get lenses that I enjoy wearing. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jessi while I was their the last time and she was amazing. I highly recommend going here. The wait time may seem a little long but its well worth it for the service being offered to you.

Nov. 21, 2023 Always great.. did my eye surgery w/o any issues. NOW this doesn't have anything to do with this office, which I have made another repost ... so Had my last visit with the eye doctor.. young man, questioned him about Medicare and the cost of glasses. HE Gave me my eye exam, and a script.. also a list of optical places.. He recommended Burlingwood Optical, off of 36th street. I went as he suggested.. they weren't any help.. after repeatedly going back and forth, they wouldn't use Medicare, because I hadn't been there before. They didn't do the exam, SO I SAID "I will just pay for it, let's do this." I was going with the upper end latest lenses.. which I paid half down, they kept my less then 1 year old glasses to send in for just the lenses.. JUST TO call me about an hour later, and tell me something about FRAUD, and if I go somewhere else not to tell then I have Medicare! AGAIN, WTH! Your Dr. Referred me, not your or his fault, but now, since it's a 4 day weekend, Thanksgiving, I had to wait 5 days to pick up my glasses, then start this process over again. LATER, on Monday, Shawn Menke as the other post states, did everything to correct the issue... I am NOW very satisfied with your office and HOW it was handled. Had a great experience! Service was fast and friendly. All the insurance details were succinctly explained in the front and Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure to work with.

It was OK overall. I made appointments for both my husband and I. I chose this location based on Google reviews as most reviews raved about a doctor named Pam who even helped patients select glasses who is obviously no longer there. If you're looking to just get in and get out and not need help selecting glasses, this is the place for you. I felt the selection of glasses overall was slim. After looking at glasses for about 20 minutes on my own and getting a quote for $869 for the only pair of lenses I liked, we decided to go elsewhere to purchase.

Had a great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm loving my new glasses and look forward to picking up my other pair. Last week associate David helped me and took his time explaining everything I needed to know. Today I had the pleasure of kelsey, helping me making sure everything fit well.
