My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ali for about a year now, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. He is always patient, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making my daughter feel comfortable at every visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office is always well organized. I truly appreciate the ongoing care and attention he’s given her highly recommend!

I love the beautiful selection of frames at Invision. I also love the customer service. Its alway a pleasant experience working with store staff. Theyre friendly, helpful, and responsive. The only issue is that they seem to have limited acceptance of my insurance...which is a great mainstream insurance plan. Other than that, they're tops.

I was very hesitant to see Dr. Quick because 10 years prior, I had seen a Dr there that was truly so awful I walked out of the clinic and was terrified to return. But I knew my vision was getting worse and it couldn't wait. I am so glad I did and so grateful she is the Dr they gave me. She has been nothing but wonderful. I have Intercranial Hypertension and Multiple Sclerosis. Thanks to her, both are now being managed. She took action immediately, something that should have been done 10 years before but wasn't. She saved my vision. She also referred me to a Neurologist which was the other Dr I was scared to see because I had the same issue at that clinic. That Neuro Dr is also amazing. I am truly blessed to have the care team at KU that I now have. Dr. Quick knew of my fears and addressed them. She could have sent be back to the other Dr but didn't, she kept me as a patient because she knew I was scared and uncomfortable. Not only did she take immediate action, she listened and got a totally separate disease addressed that is now being taken care of. I could go on and on and on about her but I just want to make sure everyone knows that she is amazing, probably the best Dr I have ever had at that clinic, maybe any. Her kindness and compassion and willingness to listen changed everything for me. She even responds directly to emails when I have a concern instead of just having a nurse do it. Anyone who has had to reach out to their Dr knows how rare that is, especially at a big hospital like KU. If you are at all hesitant about going there and seeing her, please don't be. She is absolutely wonderful and you will leave feeling better about your decision to see her.

3 months after my surgeries and I still have problems daily. The surgical doctor only will see you one time after the surgery. every week you go back and see an assistant, and they all told me something different. If you go there I hope you don't have problems, because they don't seem to have time to figure out what is wrong. They just tell me it's dry eyes and use your drops. My vision is not that good at times and I can no longer see very good at night. It was a rush job and not much support afterwards. It's really aggravating to drive for 2.5 hours and get 3 minutes time from an assistant you have never seen before. Very discouraged at this time.

I’ve been buying my glasses here since I wore my first pair 17 yrs ago! I was 14! And I can say I’ve always been pleased. Great customer service. I love the prices and the styles. I have a pair of MK glasses that honestly I haven’t met anyone else wearing the same frame and get compliments everywhere I go about my frames. The same thing with a previous Dolce and Gabbana never saw anyone else with the same frames. Every time I need a fix they’re there to help and I haven’t had any issues with any of my purchases. Most times i’ve had my frames ready the same day, which makes it super convenient. Just recently I took my son to purchase 2 pairs I guess this place will be a go to from generation to generation. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kha is so kind, caring, and great at her job. Now that I've moved a bit further away, I still travel back to see her and her staff for my eye appointments

Dr Martel is wonderful. He is the only one in the whole Sacramento area that takes all people from the local ER’s. Has done so for years. A gem of a human being and a great clinician. He is a continued blessing to the Sacramento valley and surrounding communities! Without him who would see all the eye emergencies without regard for personal gain?

I had my first appointment with Dr Ward today, five stars all around, he and his staff were very kind, efficient, and went out of their way to help me through a stressful day.

Dr Carr is amazing. He really listens and takes his time to make sure all your concerns are addressed. Helped refer my mother in law to specialists and got her taken care of

Had an appointment for 10:00 am, arrived at 9:30 am for my mother’s appointment. It is now 12:00 pm and still she has not been seen. No professionalism, our time is wasted .
