Excellent up to date equipment and a very thorough exam by Dr. Klein. Their webpage is beautiful and easy to navigate. There is such a wide selection of gorgeous frames that I suggest taking your time perusing the styles online first. That being said, Patti helped me find my perfect pair amongst the dazzling array of choices. No waiting, friendly efficient help makes my experience as good as it gets.

The entire personnel of this location was wonderful! I recommend ANY and EVERY one to visit this eye vision facility. From exam to picking out my glasses was at ease and professional. They made my visit extremely less stressful. Please let them know how much I appreciate them being so understanding and supportive in my eye exam. Thanks a million!

It was an amazing experience for our family! Check-in/out process with Diane was seamless. Tony made the in-take process very easy and efficient. Dr. Phu was very attentive to our concerns and provide recommendations based on our needs. Very happy first time patients!

This was one of the most efficient eye doctor visits I’ve had in years. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment and the entire apt took less than 30 minutes, which was great for me and my needs. Huge selection of frames and a super friendly staff. Thank you

Huge thanks to Diego and Lens Crafters!! I lost my glasses yesterday and I’ve been wearing my old glasses. ( I actually lost my glasses when I went to purchase my glasses elsewhere. ). Diego was such a huge help! I brought in old frames but it was actually easier to get new frames. Since I already had two on order, I chose the cheaper frames but I really like them. They were able to get them done in no time. I’m grateful for the quick turnaround and excellent customer service. Thanks again Diego!!

First time coming here to get an eye test and lenses. Great customer service staff is very professional, nice, and patient. The only thing is that the frames here are on the expensive side so make sure you have a good insurance or have the money to pay out of pocket.

Great doctor - Dr Bokosky is terrific - which is why I continue to go there after having two successful cataract surgeries - both went very well - He truly cares about his patients. He always provides very clear and concise evaluations. The issue folks have is that the waiting time averages one hour after your appointment time. Not ideal. So if you can afford the extra wait and plan accordingly-I still recommend Dr Bokosky. Staff is also very talented and helpful…There are occasional hiccups, as they have a lot of patients.. I think your vision is worth the best care, talent, and experience, despite the extra waiting time. So, I sit on the patio in the downtown office outside and relax, instead of the busy waiting room …until they come for me…Yes- there is room for improvement in their scheduling. I still highly recommend him…

Great staff and nurses! Dr. Bokosky was great! He spent time to explain to me what was happening and what the next steps would be.
