Optometrist inside Walmart

Best eye doctor I’ve ever really had. I’ve been coming to him since I was about 11 years old & I’m 25 now. My whole family comes to him. I will continue to keep coming to him for as long as he’s in business. He’s always made sure we are in good hands whether we’ve walked in unexpectedly or called in for an appointment he will always make sure everyone gets attended. ( Ps : just know his English sounds gibberish im not bullying him I’m just being dead honest , but after so many years with him I know what he’s saying lol still love his service )

The first pair of glasses I got here came out wrong. I specifically asked for a prescription in only my right eye and both lenses came out prescription, it takes so long to get the glasses that when it comes out wrong it's quite frustrating. Don't recommend something to someone who doesn't need it, then do it anyways when told they don't want it. I tried to get my prescription from them so I could go get new glasses somewhere else and that was a pain in the butt. I'm trying to log into the patient portal but all I get is a 404 message. At this point I will just go somewhere else. It's become too much of a pain to try and get my glasses here or anywhere for that matter. I gave them 2 stars because they are nice and the shop is clean.

Dr. Hoffman is the worse doctor I have ever experienced. His demeanor is awful. He obviously doesn't like anyone to ask questions and gives short answers to your concerns. This isn't something I'm used to. I thought long in regards to submitting this review, however if you want a doctor that engages in conversation relative to your eye health then he isn't the one. Go to Brier Creek, the drive will be worth it. Now the office staff is hands down exceptionally great.

Dr. Avani and his staff took care of our needs. My daughter really needed a fast appointment and this place has an apt next day. Dr. Avani took his time to explain the process and I greatly appreciate him sharing his wisdom with us.

*** Amended! Demi, the store manager, called me right away. She came in this morning just to let me pick up my glasses. Great customer service. Thanks so much! I just had a very frustrating experience at the Streetsboro location. I was notified yesterday, Thursday, June 29, that my glasses were ready for pick up. She said the store would be open that day and Friday, June 30, until 4:00 pm, and then closed until Wednesday, July 5, due to the holiday. Since I am struggling a bit with my old glasses and have plans this weekend, I was eager to get my new ones as soon as possible, so I said I would come Thursday or Friday. I looked up the website to recall the address and saw the hours listed as open until 7:00 pm (which would have been much more convenient!), so I called back for clarification. She said no, the summer hours were shorter, that 4:00 is correct. I am disabled and not currently able to drive, so I have to depend on my boyfriend to take me when he’s available, which he was not on Thursday. On Friday we had a commitment until 2:00 pm, but I knew we had until 4:00, so no problem, right? We get there at 3:02 pm – and there’s a sign on the door that says, “We closed at 3:00 today, sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great holiday weekend!” No cars in the lot, pitch black in the store, no signs of life (which makes me doubt they even stayed until 3). I had just confirmed the hours the day before! So I planned my day, inconvenienced my boyfriend, expected to have my new glasses for my weekend activities – and now have to do it all again on Wednesday! Lousy customer service. If I hadn’t paid half already, I’d have canceled the order. Not cool, folks, not cool at all.

Dr Pravada is an exercising optometrist. He is excellent at making you feel comfortable and your glasses are always perfect.

I found the clinic through my insurance provider list. I had a wonderful experience at Constant Eye Care! Everyone was very nice and professional & Dr. Ngo made me very comfortable and educated me throughout the eye exam which I truly appreciated.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. See was extremely knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. I am relieved that my issue was promptly and properly taken care of.
