They always do a good job here. I've had specialty lenses for Sports to help my aging eyes and they work perfectly.

Dr. Chow is amazing. He took his time to explain my child’s condition thoroughly and answer my questions. Doctors like him are hard to come by. Highly recommend.

AMAZING! My daughter had a terrible experience with her first contact appointment at a different store and they put the wrong prescription in for her glasses. This location was the exact opposite of that experience. They corrected our issue with my daughter's glasses even though this location wasn't at fault for the mistake. We made an appointment at this store for her contact lesson. Tony was patient and amazing. It took her two appointments at this location because she was so nervous since the lady at her first lesson was so unkind to her, but the entire staff at this location was encouraging and cheered on her efforts. At her second appointment at this location, I walked around the waiting room to give my daughter some space while she worked on getting her lenses in. I received such a kind note from a staff member encouraging me and letting me know how they recognize the difficulty in letting her be independent and do this on her own, thank you, that made my week! Mike, Carolyn, Tony, Jersey, Renee and Dr. Krygiell, thank you! The kindness, understanding and patience of this staff is something that is difficult to come by. You all are doing amazing! I can't recommend this location enough!

Do not go to this doctor. I wish I could give Jacqueline 0 stars. I have no idea how the other reviews rate her so high. My mother got a pair of glasses made in her office. She was told she had 2 weeks to come back if there were any issues. My mother went back less than a week later because her eyes did not adjust and she could literally not see correctly with those glasses. Jacqueline’s reaction was completely disgusting. She screamed at my mother and was very rude saying “I feel bad for you because your eye sight is so bad” and other things of that nature. I am sure those are not the correct eye measurements as my mom cannot even see correctly. If you want glasses made with the incorrect measurements and extremely BAD customer service, go to her.

Took my glasses here to get them fixed, they were bent waaay out of shape, it took them about 10 minutes to fix them good as new and it didn't cost nearly as much as a bigger Eyeglass businesses. I would definitely recommend going here.

My experience in this place was very likable because Cindy and Priscila help me throughout the whole experience in helping me find glasses for my son. They helped find the right size and talked me through what the insurance covered.

Overpriced. They have a good selection of glasses, but that is where the positive attributes end. The glasses are severely over priced. They also charge obscene prices for upgrades to lenses. For example, the anti-glare option costs $150 to add on to your lenses. Costco charges $30 for the very same thing, no difference in quality. Go to Costco for glasses, worst case scenario you'll have to buy frames from another store or online, and then take them to Costco, but at least you won't pay 5 times as much for anti glare coating.

I cannot recommend Dr. Deane enough. She is skilled, efficient, and has great attention to detail. She notices things about my eyes that other doctors have either overlooked or just not mentioned. I feel very safe with my vision in her capable hands! The office staff is also excellent, I am always seen at my appointment time and they are always friendly and helpful. I can also recommend the optical shop; I bought my latest frames from the Eye Medical Clinic, and over a year later they still look great! I would have never picked these frames for myself without their help.
