My husband & I loved the service here. They were super nice and worked out a great deal for my husband. So if you are on a budget, don’t worry they won’t force you to get expensive frames like other places. Also, glasses were done super fast without any flaws. Will be coming back anytime we need any services.

Dr. Drill is knowledgeable, friendly and puts his patients' best interests at heart. Not pushy or salesy at all. Jackie (the office staff person) is the friendliest receptionist that I have seen in any office. This office is such a warm place with nice people. My wife and I both have Dr. Drill as our optometrist and we are both supremely happy with our choices. - Ram

Went here for a prescription update so I could get new glasses. They were running a little late but I do t know if that’s chronic. The exam was efficient and I was happy with the results.

Venice optical craftsmanship & customer service should be bottled and poured into all businesses! Went here on a local friend's recommendation for new prescription glasses & sunglasses and now despite being from Chicago, I still utilize Venice Optical for prescription lenses via mail but the next time Im in LA, I will definitely purchase frames from them again! I have not found another optical business that does such amazing work on high index lenses and the team's attention to detail and kindness is top notch!

Upon arrival to Sterling Optical I was met with big smiles and a welcoming feeling. Dr. D took me right away and I had a great experience with my eye exam. Afterwards Anixa helped me find the perfect glasses for me and even gave me multiple options to chose from. In the end she helped me find the glasses I love. Definitely coming back every year because I know I will have a wonderful experience with my appointment and if I need new glasses. 10/10 recommend.

Adam in Dr. Ding's office has superior customer service skills. During my interaction with him at the front desk, he was professional and kind. The doctor's office was very busy but Adam treated each patient with patience, kindness and respect. He also communicated with each of us about the wait time without us having to ask. Amazing Doctors, techs, support staff and eye wear specialists. From walking in until walking out you feel like you’re the most important person. For the second time (I’m a return customer) I feel like I know about my eye health. They take the time to explain things! And I also feel comfortable about the frames I selected and wide choice of lens options. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed!
