“You get what you pay for” This is seldom not true. In this case, at LensCrafters I got MORE than I paid for! I am impressed with the quality and workmanship of my new glasses. The Rx is correct and the fit is beyond comfortable. I tried America’s Best last time and like I said, “you get what you pay for!” I’m back at LensCrafters, the BEST of the BEST!

Lens Crafters have a knowledgeable and experienced team. Lesley spent great time to get my first pair of Oakley sunglasses. She was patient, friendly, informative and super knowledgeable. She offered an extra protection program for my sunglasses which I really like. Her manager, Phi, and Lesley were great teammates. I had a fantastic and productive experience. Thank you.

If you're Asian and need glasses or nose pieces added to your glasses to keep them from sitting on your cheeks, this is the place to come. I drive from Long Beach to Irvine and it's worth the trip. The guys who work here will make your glasses fit perfectly. They even swapped out my hard nose pieces for soft ones while I was using my bathroom. I came out and surprise! The very expensive glasses that I had bought at a store in LB suddenly fit and were FINALLY comfortable. Last added bonus is the store is very dog friendly!

Manager was good but staff has low personality and skill. They did not focus their job very well. They put the supporter on the glasses with very poor condition just attaching and no thinking about the entire styling. When I talked to them about it, they fixed it but they look at me very weird aiming. They promised to cover the insurance after I paid but I am still waiting for the check from the insurance. Probably they did not request to cover my insurance because of my indication of their works. Very low personality.

Always professional and exceptional service at this place! I come here for contacts and glasses, and I have found this place to be the best out of all the optometrists that I’ve gone to. They are always quick to respond and I receive all my services very quickly. In general, I would recommend to a friend :)

Excellent staff, clean office. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Doctor Huang is very knowledgeable and friendly, he explains things thoroughly, and makes you feel at ease. I have been going here for over a year and a half; and would recommend him to anyone, he won't try and sell you anything; he genuinely cares!

I had a very positive experience. The staff and the Dr. were all very friendly, and extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable with my prescription. They even fixed a pair of sunglasses I had roaming around without a screw. I am happy to know how to also help sooth some dry eye problems I have been having, and my prescription feels extremely comfortable after leaving. Definitely glad I chose them for my new eye place! Just having moved to California, I was a little nervous of change.

Dr I is very patient, cheerful and works well with kids. She made my daughter very comfortable right from the first appointment. We are excited to see my kid making progress in her vision therapy journey

I had been a patient of Dr..Inge five years ago and moved to Florida. I am a retired dentist and appreciated her knowledge and skills for mom This summer upon returning to California I came to see her again as it is difficult to find a doctor at her level of skill. . I was reminded once again that this office is exceptional and I highly recommend the doctor and her staff.

Dr. Igne is a total professional. She responded to my emergency call promptly (the sudden appearance of floaters and flashing lights in one eye) and talked through my symptoms, calming me down, before arranging an appointment early the next day to fully assess the situation. She did a full examination, answered all my questions in detail and directed a course of action. I trust her judgement and feel lucky to be in her care. She has great knowledge and shows patience and caring towards her patients. I would recommend her without hesitation.
