She's the only doc I 've ever had that's been honest and actually interested in my well being. This is the right address. The staff is very professional as well.

2 ladies dont have coordination at all. I gave order for prescribed glasses on Feb 10. I was told it could take 7-10 days to get my glasses. After calling multiple times and leaving VM, didn't get any response. I felt they were avoiding my calls. When I called from my wife's phone, I immediately got call back. When I asked lady on the other end why you are not returning my call, she said she didn't get any call or VM. Next day other lady called saying she is returning my call and my glasses are ready to picked up. When I went to store for trial, lady there didn't care to turn light on so that I could try my glasses in light. Worst service. Avoid.

Dr is good and friendly, but do not recommend buying glasses or prescription from this location. REQUEST a COPY of your prescription IN WRITING, otherwise you will not get one..... and the Dr. will push you towards his 2 staff members that have poor customer communication skills, they have no idea how to update a customer service record properly or call and update you when your order is ready. Personally will not go back to this location again due to staff and bad customer service experience more than once.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Hyver. My husband scheduled his LASIK pre-op over a month ago, took time off work, and paid for a round-trip Uber expecting his eyes would be dilated. Only …

I do want to explain why I'm giving this doctor a 2/5 star rating. My aunt had to go to the hospital due to how badly the inflammation from her left eye is. She spoke to a doctor and referred her to a eye doctor which is this one. We went and he prescribed her cephalexion antibiotics 500 mg and it did reduce the pain from her left eye significantly but not treat it. Later, we had to come back in 1 week for Dr. Eshagian to check her left eye to see if she needs eye drops. We had to wait hours just like the other 11 patients in order to consult with him and when it was my aunts turn, right when he set foot in the room his first question to my aunt was "when do you want to have the surgery for the cataract?" My aunt explained to him in our first visit to him that she already has a eye doctor to consult a few months before. Her eye doctor Dr. Mandel told her she has cataract but tiny. My aunt told him she still sees everything perfectly fine and he told her for her left eye having cataract she doesn't need surgery if she still sees everything perfectly fine. When she told him of what his first eye doctor told her about the cataract he didn't say anything. Now coming back to our second visit to him, his first question to my aunt is "when are you going to have surgery?". He was more concerned with that than my aunt's left eye. We had to remind him the reason why we came a second time, he checked her eye, and told her he can't prescribed her eye drops or else it would damage her eye lid. When my aunt finally had time to consult her first eye doctor, she explained to him everything about Dr. Eshagian and he told her it's unnecessary for him to give my aunt cephalexion because the problem is directly from within the eye not the surrounding area that is linked to eye. The other unneessary statement is immediately having surgery. He told her, its best to have a surgery if all the medications for your problem have failed. Her first eye doctor gave my aunt the right treatmetn this time and did treat her left eye. Again, I appreciate Dr. Eshigian for reducing the pain from my aunts left eye at that time but other than that, I wouldnt recommend him to just anyone but again this just our personal experience. Your experience with him might be different from ours.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cummins for the past 10 years and he is the best. The staff is professional and kind. I recommend Specialty Eye MDs for all your vision care needs.

My eye doctor! I moved 20 miles away but still comeback to Dr Garcia for my annual eye exam. He is very knowledgeable. Answer all my questions and recommends great products like eye drops and vitamins (he doesn’t make money on any of these). Wonderful attention from the staff. Flexible long hours so I can make it after work and on weekends. Clean! Also the VISIONWORKS next door have great prices for my contact lenses and glasses. RECOMMEND IT 💯

Dr. Niki is very knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose the glaucoma and sent me to the specialist. I'm very thankful.
