I went to Dr. Malhotra for eye therapy. I did sessions with her for 8 months. I did not feel like my eyes were improving at all. She did not do reevaluations (claiming she would have to retest everything which would take an hour and a half). The sessions are only a half hour and are extremely expensive. My other currently physical therapist reevaluates me every two months and writes notes through out the whole session. Dr. Malhotra didn't do any of those things. She seemed very unprofessional.

So glad I finally made the decision to get lasik and chose the perfect location. As soon as I walked in for the consultation, I was treated very kindly by everyone. I was terrified about the process and everyone took their time to comfort me and gave me reassurance that it would all turn out well. I got the surgery done a few days ago and it went great! I'm so glad I kept being comforted by Dr. Shammas and his assistants during the procedure or else I really feel I would've backed out in the middle of it. Thank you Daisy R. For the referral, staying by my side since the beginning and checking in on me after! I 100% recommend this location and have already started encouraging friends & family to go in for a consultation.

I have been following Dr. Akstein since 1985 when he began treating my father. He is an incredibly talented physician. He is caring, attentive, compassionate, and provides the upmost quality medical care. I have seen other physicians over the years, but only because I was forced due to insurance. Each and every time I come running back to Dr. Akstein. There are other physicians in my area, but I drive 30 miles to see him. There is no one I trust more than him.

If you want anything done just go over there DON'T CALL! It is the most fustrating experience I ever had and if what you are calling for Isn't on their VERY limited menu options then welcome to hell. I wanted to call for behavioral health but there is no option for it on the menu option. It's in the clinic I can literally see it in their effing main lobby that's easy to work with but calling. HELL NO! They need to change this so that there is an option to contact their behavioral health site in THEIR CLINIC NOT A CALL CENTER instead of making you wait on one line with a bunch of other callers calling for other reasons THAT WAY it can make things faster and convenient for ALL of us. The place is great it's just their automated phone menu system that's a problem.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful except anesthesiologist he didn't listen to me and my disability and pretty much did it the way he does with everyone. Very disappointed not to be listened to when its health related. Went in for 2nd eye surgery AGAIN was not listened to about being put completely out, communication is bad!

This is the 2nd time I bought frames and lenses from For Eyes. Each time has been a very positive experience. Customer service has been excellent and the employees are professional and extremely helpful. I like the variety of frames they have to offer. I also am happy that they take my insurance plan and my insurance debit card. This time I was able to take advantage of a discount promotion the store was running. I ended up buying two pairs of beautiful frames with progressive lenses.

Dr Edmonds was very knowledgeable, an explained ever step of the way my surgery. I would refer anyone to him. I was very satisfied.

Loved the friendly staff, swift appointments, and appreciated help with frames that broke just 2 days after buying them. They had no problem replacing them :)
