Words cannot express the experience. I had that Crystal lens Optical this establishment is amazing. The staff is so professional even to the point you don’t wanna leave the prices on all the lenses is affordable. Almost to the point where you’re walking out with Free Glasses, this establishment truly try to accommodate everybody I have Shared my experience with all my friends now I’m so excited to Post this comment about Crystal Lens Optical, please stop down if you got a chance From the time you hit the door, everything’s extremely professional!

My appointment was fast and easy. I came in for my annual eye exam and to get a new contacts prescription. I felt like Dr. Ellis took the time to address all of my concerns and the staff was very friendly.

Called the optometry office to get a quote on an eye exam. The lady (not the doctor) was very rude and refused to give me any idea of pricing at the optometry center. All other optometry offices I have called have had no problem issuing me a quote and are transparent about their pricing.

Time to find a new eye doctor. I have been going here for almost 15 years, and it’s always been an easy and enjoyable experience. Earlier this year I had gone in for a contact appointment to get a new annual supply of contacts. I did the exam and they wanted me to try a new kind of contact for astigmatism they said may be more comfortable. They ordered me trials, and then I came back in a week or two to get them. I wore them for a week or two to see if I can get used to them, but after a couple weeks I just liked my old pair better. I told them I wanted to order my old pair and they had me come in wearing my current contacts to make sure they still fit my eye ok still. Afterwards, they placed the order. Fast forward months, and I’m grabbing my contacts at home and see I’m almost out, and realized I never got my new order. I called to inquire and they had no clue what was going on. The first person I talked to said that she couldn’t even find the order. She said she’d call me back. She then called back and said the order was picked up on 8/4. I told her that was impossible because I was out of town that week. She seemed confused herself and said she would have someone else call me back. I get a call back and I’m told that they were just marked as delivered. I asked when and she couldn’t tell me. I asked for a tracking number and she didn’t have one. I told her if they were shipped there is no way they shouldn’t have a tracking number. She said I could make another order but it would have to go through my insurance. I wasn’t paying another $700 for contacts I never received. I said I need a tracking number or I was going to dispute the charge with my bank. She said she’d call back. She calls back and gives me a tracking number. I go online and enter the tracking number and it says it’s either invalid or since more than 120 days went by I can’t get the tracking information. I’m not even bothering calling back as they were zero help. Basically you’re S.O.L mentality. I never received my ordered. After 15 years I will be finding a more organized eye doctor. I understand they went through an entire staffing change earlier this year, and not for the better. It’s not my fault their disorganization caused my contacts to go MIA. Very disappointed as I used to love going there. So I guess I’m just out of an annual subscription, and I’ll be wearing glasses until I find a new doctor.

This place was amazing! The Dr was great. She asked me all the questions gave me answers I could understand. I guess they are called the sales ladies. Danielle was perfect!! She asked me what I wanted I told her cheap. An she delivered. She pulled a ton of glasses. Let me try them on one by one. She didn't rush me. She gave me her opinion (I asked ). I found the most amazing glasses. They were exactly what I didn't know I wanted. I will definitely be returning and asking for Danielle. Thank you all so much. The price and the attitudes make the experience 😍 amazing

Excellent service here for vets. Fast and friendly. Staff is super helpful and answers any questions you might have.

Ok es said until 10 I get there at 9:50 pm and the person in charge didn’t open the door. I was knocking the door and she and the musulmán girl just ignored me!!! This is un respectful and unethical if you guys posted an schedule just follow it!

Doctor is amazing — exceptionally competent, friendly, and a good listener.

I visited Dr. Sigler's office for an eye exam. The entire experience was fantastic. Her staff is friendly and Dr. Sigler is very thorough, caring, and intelligent. She runs an honest practice and it's one that I would definitely return to. They do a great job.

I am so glad I found Eye Care West. I have always had terrible medical anxiety, and all of the staff and doctors make me feel so understood and relaxed here. Dr Schmidt is always so patient and kind and puts all of my anxieties at ease. Highly recommend this place. Thank you to everyone here ❤️
