I have been going here for years and finally had cataract surgery, which went went really. I must say the office is friendly and well run. The staff is professional and helpful. Dr. Aspasia Draga explain things and made it whole experience painless.

Dr Pitts and her team are truly amazing. I could not be happier. Their patience and skill set with me when attempting to transition to contact lenses was really amazing. I am a lifelong patient now. Thanks so much!

Agreed...and arrogant staff as well! Dr. Thompsons integrity I feel is questionable. Look for another office for your best interest!

If you’re looking for a spontaneous all-day retreat with a hint of attitude and a splash of confusion, look no further than America’s Best in South Euclid. Had a lovely 3:30 PM appointment — or so I thought. What I actually had was a front-row seat to the longest waiting game of my life. We were there for two and a half hours. That’s right — a whole 150 minutes of sitting, staring, and wondering if I had mistakenly signed up for an eye exam or an endurance challenge. People who walked in after us were called before us, like it was some kind of secret VIP eye club that we didn’t qualify for. When I dared to ask why we were still waiting, I was met with an eye roll, a nice helping of attitude, and a very confident, “We’re on schedule.” Oh? On whose schedule? NASA’s Mars mission? Pro tip: Do not come here with plans for the day. In fact, go ahead and clear your calendar. Cancel your errands, reschedule dinner, maybe even take PTO — because you're not leaving anytime soon. Better yet, bring a snack, maybe a sleeping bag, and someone to feed your pets while you're gone. You’re basically checking in for a day stay at the Optical Hotel. If you're someone who values your time, your sanity, or basic customer service, this is not the place for you. But if you're into long waits, passive-aggressive responses, and feeling like you’re being held hostage in a waiting room, then congratulations — you’ve found your new hangout spot. They’ll never see me again — and I mean that both literally and figuratively.

Dr. Ong and staff are kind, patient and thorough. I love that Dr. Ong cares about patient education and really takes the time to explains things. Their COVID safety protocols made me feel safe during my recent visit. Highly recommend.

Not a fan. Not very friendly people . Seems they just don't. Really want to work with people they just have to. Maybe career change is in the future. Sad. .

This is Becky, not Scott. I had a great experience. I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in 8 years. The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. Made me feel at ease. Dr. Bita Garza was delightful. She was thorough and addressed all concerns I had. They are truly a complete eye care office. After the exam, you could go order glasses with people everywhere to help. It won’t be 8 years before I return.

Great experience, found the perfect glasses and they were done in less than an hour. I was able to wear them home and I absolutely love them. Dr Nell was great and everyone there was so helpful, I can't wait to take the family back and have there eyes checked.

The front desk staff and Dr. Vue were incredibly professional and welcoming. This was my first visit, and I'll definitely be back! Just an FYI for first time visitors: the clinic is located on the lower level of the Face to Face building. Once you enter the building, you'll see signs for Vue eye clinic. 10/10 recommend!

Has been my eye doctor for years! Always get my prescription right! Quick and efficient- in and out quickly!

So welcoming and friendly! And they even offered to let me bring my bike inside. It was just the so nice to have such a great experience after 27 years without an eye exam!
