Just purchased my new set of prescription glasses and so far they’re the best i have ever bought. Really happy with their service and assistance that they provide you with. Also really good deal for really good quality.

Since couple of years, we try to take our daughter yearly for her eye check up because of our family history. All the providers we saw until now at Wilken have been very patient in listening to our concerns and discussing the best options for her .
Thank you !

Checkin: Quick, easy, professional. The women at the front desk and the women who did my initial tests were both nice and friendly.
Appointment: I chose Dr Castro’s office after he performed my last years exam. He was very informative, patient, and pleasant. I drive 25 miles passing closer locations because of this. Dr Fajardo performed this year’s exam and seemed annoyed at any question I had. She was informative but not pleasant or patient in how she communicates. It’s possible she was just busy and hears the same questions often. We did talk about hiking toward the end which was nice. I’ll continue with the office but look forward to booking with Dr Castro.

My grandmother has been coming here for the past few years but it was the first time I accompanied her and personally experienced it myself. (She is almost 80 years old and does not speak/understand English so she needs a translator. I recently moved back after living out of state for the passed few years so I’m not familiar with my grandmother’s medical records, insurances, etc. Usually, it is my mom or my cousin.)
I believe she was seeing Dr. Reiff (?) before he retired and hadn’t been here since almost two years ago. Unfortunately, her prescription refill expired and the pharmacy wouldn’t let us refill it without completing an exam.
I’ve taken her several times for her routine doctor appointments but this was the first time I’ve taken her for eye care so insurance was a little confusing when we first got there to check-in because initially, they said it wasn’t accepted. The two ladies at the front desk were very patient and understanding while we all tried to figure it out since we never had a problem with her current insurance before. They searched previous visits and made phone calls to ask if her insurance was acceptable or not. Not exaggerating, we literally probably spent 20+ minutes trying to figure it all out which is much more effort than any other office would’ve ever done so thank you.
Soon after, we were seen. She had to do an entire workup basically, checking her acuity, measurements, peripherals, etc. I completely forgot the tech/assistant’s name (sorry I don’t know the correct term) who did all of her tests.. but she had glasses with short, reddish brown hair. She was also one of the ladies who helped with the insurance up at the front. She was extremely patient with us as translating, especially medical terms, can be very difficult and time consuming. I’m sure she was probably so over it lol but she hid it very well and didn’t act annoyed at all even when she had to repeat things multiple times. All of the tests probably took like an hour or so total. She always made sure my grandma was comfortable and was accommodating. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but I am truly thankful that you assisted us today. :) My grandma sometimes can get overwhelmed at dr visits if she feels like she’s being a burden, and I’m sure she is grateful that you were so patient with her.
I forgot the actual doctor’s name too but she was also very nice and helpful. It was a brief overview but she explained the test results and the recommended treatment plan.
Overall, very satisfied with this visit. I usually don’t write reviews much but the extra effort and kindness that the assistant gave today was very appreciated and it is well deserved that she’s acknowledged for it. :)
Thank you!

Great doctors and staff to meet eyour needs. Me and my husband have been going to Dr. Jaworski for 30 plus years. When my parents moved here to be closer to us, Dr. Jaworski took good care of them too.

The girls were VERY helpful in making sure my husband and I got a great deal AND pick out some pretty nice glasses, both everyday AND sunglasses! I had never considered purchasing prescription sunglasses, but those 2 made some valid points and I trusted their of knowledge of the topic.
The biggest "kudo" was that both my husband and I had to transition to bi-focals, and neither of us were excited about that, but both girls (and the doctor) assured us we would be fine. And we ARE! And we love our glasses!

Caitlyn at the front desk is extremely rude, I have had to ask for the manager twice. She is very unprofessional and not willing to help. My credit card was charged twice and Caitlyn refused to look further into the situation. When asked for more information she became more rude and hung up the phone. She should not be in that position as she is the first person customers interact with. Once I got the manager on the phone she was professional/pleasant and made attempt to help figure out the issue because the credit card was indeed charged twice when Caitlyn was continuing to tell me it was not without offering further guidance/help.

Just a note
This doctor does not like to do reflections
It’s not her thing
This is my experience with this office
I don’t think I will be returning

I have been coming here for years regardless of what insurance I’ve had and they have always managed to make my experience as smooth as possible.
