Staff friendly and efficient. The doctors assistant was very methodical and willingly answering questions prior to the doctors examination. The doctor was thorough and inquisitive. Highly recommended.

Jameson, the General Manager was awesome! He was extremely patient with me even though I took forever to pick out my glasses because I was so indecisive. He answered all my questions and really made this whole experience super easy! I will definitely be back!

Extremely long wait. In order to see the doctor, you might need to wait 6 months to have the next available appointment, then on the day of appointment, you will wait 2+ hours to see the doctor. The office is packed and dirty, they don’t …

Feel scammed by this place. I made an appointment, they didn't accept my medical insurance, so I said I'd be a cash patient. They told me the charge would be $130 at the time I made the appointment. A few days before the appointment I received a call to verify the appointment, and was reminded that the cost would be $130. I was fine with that, and when I arrived for the appointment I paid the $130 and saw the doctor for my annual exam. I then received a bill for an additional $50 with no explanation. I wrote to California Eye surgeons, but never got a response. But California Eye Surgeons is dinging my credit report every month that I don't pay it. Beware!

This place has the most friendly and helpful staff as well as the eye doctor and doctor's there. The eye doctor that saw my daughter took the time in answering all the questions I had during and after our exam also they were very helpful in explaining any thing that I didn't understand regarding my daughters eye care. Thank you to all & Thank you for volunteering your time also for those in need. I give it a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been going here a long time. Dr. Takeda is friendly and professional, as are his office staff. Scheduling appointments is ready, and they go quickly and easily. They also are a great help selecting and adjusting eyeglasses.

I couldn't tell you the last time I was at any business place and felt this magnitude of comfort. I felt like, I new the Doctor and receptionist for years, yet they maintained their level of professionalism. I would never go any place else. They are so humble, caring, compassionate, informative and they go above and beyond. My experience was great and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dr Everett is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She is very busy, but still took the time to answer my questions.
