Dr. Ryan has been our family Optometrist for over a decade. He is very personable and professional. We have two kids in contacts/glasses that play sports and he has REALLY gone above and beyond in helping them when we need a quick solution! Highly recommend!!!

I want to first write and say that Dr. Margius himself is a wonderful person and skilled doctor. Having said that, I will not ever return to or can not recommend this practice to anyone based on the extremely rude, unprofessional, and crass person working the front desk. Management's handling of her behavior was belittling, condescending, and without any regard for the preservation of my rights as a customer. Unfortunately you cannot receive Dr. Margius' care without going through the two aforementioned staff members. As a business owner myself, I'd be embareassed and ashamed to speak to customers the way I was spoken to here.

If there's an option to rate this place ZERO stars, then I would. My sister has been going to this place for 8 YEARS and her eyes had worsen tremendously: from a 1.5 prescription to a staggering 4.0. She wears their orthok contacts and can’t even see people’s faces when she talks to them. In a span of 6 months, they changed her lens continuously and now her vision randomly fluctuates throughout the day. I am sick of these people and THUS DUMPTRUCK OF A PLACE. I WILL BE SUING. THIS ISNT A THREAT. THIS IS A PROMSIE.

My family has gone to Dr. Owen for years. He is a phenomenal surgeon and an amazing doctor. His staff always go out of their way to make appointments effortless.

They have two great husband-and-wife eye doctors, a very friendly staff, and have helped me pick out great glasses for many years now. You get 20% off if you pay cash/card and don't have insurance (like me!), which is great. I just get a really good vibe from this place!

I was very nervous going into surgery, but Dr. Richheimer and his staff made me feel very comfortable. More importantly, both of my cataract surgery went very smoothly and now I don’t need any glasses. Both surgeries went very quickly and his team talked to me during the whole procedure. It helped me just feel calm.

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. James Nguyen for all of our dental needs for over 10 years and have had all great experiences. He takes the time to answer questions and is very knowledgeable in his field. The facilty is well kept and clean. I highly recommend.

It was nice to see that the clinical staff was very patient with the trainee. Allowing her to have a hands on experience, I appreciate that. Dr. U. Was excellent as always, very personable. The front desk intake was a lot more pleasant at this visit, verse my experience a couple of weeks ago when I accompanied my elderly relative for her visit. She felt disrespected and badgered by both of the employees at front desk, because she had a balance. It was not good customer service. Elderly people don't like being confronted about their business in front of others. I recommend a retraining for front desk staff, they lacked sensitivity. They need to display courtesy. For that visit I would have given WE no ⭐ Thank you

I’ve been going here for almost 3 years, I’ve got my glasses here too recommended by my sister I love their staff, they’re pretty quick for eye exams the doctor lets you know what you have and answers any questions. When I first got my glasses they were perfect and still are, really helps me see more clear. Prices are also reasonable and discussable. Love the variety of designs they have as well. Just ordered a updated pair of new glasses, can’t wait till they come in!
