I must say I was very nervous for my eye surgery first time having any kind of surgery so nervous tht my blood pressure went very high but was surprised at the caring staff & great bedside manner. I didn’t feel any pain during or after. Everything was fast moving but they still showed empathy and concern for me. I barely sat down for a min before I was called. If I ever need surgery again I’ll be sure to return. Don’t hesitate or be afraid, ur in good hands AND they called me after the surgery to check on me. THATs Customer Service. As long as u follow the instructions they give u everything will go well they’re a great team. Ok this is an Update …. I was scheduled for my second eye surgery but was refused because my sugar was high. I was disappointed in myself tht I didn’t kno it was high but appreciated tht they refused me cuz I believe tht shows they care about their Patients. One more reason Why this is the place to go if u need surgery.

Had a 10:30 appointment.Saw the doc at 11;45, When I complainef,she said not an appointment, was a check in time. That is not what their paperwork said, paperwork says appointment. Delay was clearly just over scheduling. Felt treated like income source, very dehumanized. ,o,

Have been a happy patient of Dr. Madlangbayan for 10+ years. She's friendly and does a thorough exam, explaining the various tests, and answers any concerns around eye health. I come away feeling confident that my prescription is accurate and will improve my vision, whether it's for computer work, or everyday needs. Fairway Park also has a great staff who are professional & friendly, from the pre-exam screening, to reminders for appointments, or status of frame orders. Arturo, the optician, is knowledgeable about the various lens configurations and sizing, so you get the most comfortable fit. They also have a great selection of frames to fit any style. Highly recommend for your family's vision needs.

Alla is the best to work with! She has helped me choose a few different pairs of glasses now and they are awesome. A great selection, easy to work with staff, and a good eye doctor all in one place. Absolutely love the convenience of it being inside Target too! Go see Alla! You’ll love her.

The prescription I was given was way off and they refuse to give me a free exam because it was 9 mo after written. The eyeglass people will accept a prescription up to 12mo old. So, as a result I either pay the eyeglass people a fee for an exam or pay AZ Eye Specialists again but I can't use my insurance til next year now so I have to pay to get glasses. My old Eye Specialist was never this callous about it, but unfortunately he sold his practice to AZ Eye Specialists. Lesson learned....going elsewhere next year.

My appointment from start to finish was a pleasure. I am grateful this Visionworks location accepts the state insurance (I wish all locations would.) Hamid, Laura and Isabella all deserve mention for their friendliness and helpfulness in explaining the remote doctor process and the various tests and machines involved.
