If I could enter 0 stars for your rating I would simply from the lack of attention given by your phone receptionist. I called 2 times to make an appointment, the first call went to the operator and second to appointments and both times, after 7 minutes on hold for each station, no one answered and I was disconnected. I hope your phone system is down, because if not you have a very unprofessional staff who dont care about your business and they should all be Fired!

I have used both the brother's @ the Mandrin for years. When Leven bought the out they still worked for them so I kept seeing one of the brother's, Dr. RON. The front desk people are really nice and helpful, in person or on the phone. The nurses are very helpful and nice. I really love Dr. Ron, I have been his patient for a long, long time.

The doctor found a spot in my left eye, she took her time to analyze the pigmentation and the size of the spot, and she ended up asking to see a specialist. The front desk and technician are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Dr Quiram is an excellent surgeon who repaired by macular hole. Follow-up with her has been great. She makes certain my eyes are the best they can be.

For the love of God, update your business hours when you close early. Nothing like planning your day around going there after work to order an emergency pair of glasses for the ones that just broke, only to see a sign on the door indicating they’re closed an hour early today. “Sorry for the inconvenience” written on the sign doesn’t exactly make up for the, you know… inconvenience of driving there. Thanks for nothing. 👍🏻

I really like Eye Contact near East Towne. Everyone is so polite and friendly. It was easy to get an appt and then I was seen on time and was done within the hour. I had the pleasure of working with Veve and Brian and Dr. Makal today. I highly recommend this office for your eye care.
