I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent appointment at Dr. Olivo's clinic, the Advance Eye Care Center situated on Port St. Lucie Boulevard. While Dr. Olivo's medical expertise remains commendable, I feel compelled to address a concerning experience encountered with a member of the front desk staff, particularly within the glasses department. During my visit, while seeking guidance on eyewear selections and discussing contact lenses, I encountered a staff member who exhibited impatience and displayed discourteous behavior. Her demeanor, characterized by dismissive body language, conveyed a lack of willingness to assist. My intent was simply to gain clarity on the payment process, a matter of importance considering my collaborative approach to financial decisions with my spouse. Despite my appreciation for Dr. Olivo's professionalism, I am hopeful that the clinic management will take appropriate measures to address and rectify the conduct of the staff member in question. As a result of this experience, regrettably, my family and I have decided not to return to this clinic. It is my sincere belief that fostering a welcoming and respectful environment for all patients is paramount to the success and reputation of any medical establishment.

I have used Georgia Center for Sight for about 5 years. They are very professional and will help in anyway possible. I had cataract surgery a year ago. Have been very satisfied. I highly recommend them!!

The staff is friendly but when it comes to kids this is not the place to go. Did not like how the optometrist was physically trying to force my kids head to look into the lenses thing and was so worried about his equipment but it was his fault my kid was pushing it away in the first place.

Dr. Gonzales, is my eye doctor, here in Kingwood, I highly recommend him, also the personnel how work with him is very professional and they are always ready to help.

Friendly, patient staff. They spend as much time as needed to get you fitted with contacts that are the best choice for you. Very helpful & knowledgeable. Reasonable service fees, esp if you don't have insurance. Highly recommend!

Michael and Fatima were great!!!. I broke my glasses over weekend and they replaced the frame and put my new lenses in. Great team work best help I’ve ever had with the company.

My Eye Doctor recommended this place because I had cataracts. Everyone here was fantastic! Gave me a thorough exam and gave me my options. Glad I came.

Full service eye care and glasses shop. My main complaint is that the frames are just too expensive here. It's normal for the field, but I just buy them online way cheaper and they hold up perfectly fine. The eye care was thorough and they did a good check of all aspects. I even got sent to a specialist afterward but it ended up being unnecessary. Even so, from not having a history of tests, they erred on the side of caution and I appreciate that.

Dr Brice got us in way sooner than anyone else we contacted. During the visit he ran several tests and explained everything each step of the way. Wish all drs communicated this way. Well done

Great experience, they went out of their way to make me feel good even did a second check to make sure everything was correct.
