Dr. Verlkch, Lisa, and Christina were so wonderful!!! I had to come in on a bit of an emergency basis after an accident. They were so understand and friendly. Great experience 6/5 stars if I could.

This was my first visit to this office. I arrived early for my appointment. I was greeted with a smile from Shirley the receptionist and tech! Shirley had a great attitude and performed the examination using the latest technology! Shirley explained every detail of my tests so I would understand how she was checking my vision. I was then seen by Dr.Bruce Hsu. Dr. Hsu also had a great bedside manner, very knowledgeable by explaining all the test results and then verified by doing a few additional tests. As a retired VP of Macy’s for 36 years, I appreciate the outstanding service well above exceeded expectations! I will be a patient in the future. Thank you!

It's clean and the staff are nice. We were in and out quickly.

The exam price is cheap but you get what you pay for. I went to another Optometrist as I still couldn't see. The second opinion verified exactly what I knew. My prescription was off which has caused me to have to buy additional lenses so I can see. Please be aware

Everyone that works at Triad Eye are always up beat , friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Neil Sutton and Stacy are always friendly and honest with their clients. Doc who fits you for glasses is a fun guy and very knowledgeable in helping you pick out a set of glasses. Great place to go to get your eyes checked out!!

I have now had an exam with both doctors at Lewisville Eye Care. One year for a regular annual check and this year for my annual check as well as for some eye issues I have been experiencing. I can tell you that both of the amazing doctors here are just incredible at what they do. Thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. The front office staff are also warm and welcoming as well as very proficient at making appointments and referring me to a specialist without delay. I have been to many eye doctors in 3 different states and this office is all around the best I have ever been to. Highly recommend!

Very thorough and informative; I knew what to expect and felt like any concerns were addressed. Cataract surgery was so quick!

Doug does an exceptional job with one's eyeglass care. Very personable service. Been with him for many years. Great 1 on 1 care during and after appointment.

I came to this office earlier this year, they rushed me in and rushed through the appt. Staff was not very friendly. Was made to feel like the last customer holding them up from getting off of work even though they were supposed to be open for another 3-4 hours after my appt. My prescription was backwards and my contacts were blurry. I was told it was my eyes adjusting. It definitely wasn't. I have been to different locations in GA from this same company and had a great experience. So I was excited when I moved to Montgomery and saw there was one here. But I quickly learned that the service here is NOT the same! I Will NOT be back to this office!

At this clinic, I've seen Dr. Mazharrudin so I cannot speak for other providers at this location. The first visit was ok (bedside manner was just meh) but today I was very disappointed. My appointment was at 1:30 and I had to leave at 3 due to another appointment that I had at 3:30. No real explanation for why she was running behind and all her rooms were filled. When asked if I could reschedule with another provider for a sooner date than she had available I was told at check out that I have to continue to see Dr. Mazharruddin and was given no other options. This is very inconvenient not only for myself but I feel like for other patients as well.

Terrible billing experience with Katzen lots of staff mistakes with my insurance plan/company. Phone calls are not returned and honestly no one gives a hoot. Very unsatisfied with the service and I had been a patient for over 10 years. If I could give it "0" stars, I would.
