What an incredible experience it has been! To say that Drs. Krad and Pham are geniuses, is a true understatement! As a new patient, I was welcomed so warmly and it was obvious that the entire staff valued me. All my questions were answered. Both doctors took their time with me and put to rest any fear and/or apprehension that I had. And the end result is absolutely unbelievable! My vision is so crystal clear that only now can I see what I been missing out on. I am eternally appreciative to the entire staff for making this journey possible.

Had a very great experience at this location! The staff and doctor are super friendly and helpful! The environment is inviting and calm. Also, Araceli was super helpful and helping me get my glasses and prescription ready to go. She explained everything with detail and always ready to help. Totally recommend this Nationwide Vision location.

Not sure how I have glasses from almost 10 years ago and they are still holding up well, but when I purchase glasses from vision stores, they don’t even last two months, Something always break. Glasses aren’t good quality at all!

I came here because they excepted my insurance I noticed they have really bad reviews on yelp, after further assessment I can for sure say this small optometrist practice is the best. They are really thorough in checking your vision they took photos of my eye on two different machines and checked my eyes on this machine that enhances the alphabet to check the distance they found things in my eyes that zeiter missed this my first time I ever needing glasses this year I will be a repeat customer

Eye Exam and staff were great, but this is the second pair of very expensive glasses that I bought from them where the lens coating started coming off within weeks of having them for one year, and they will not replace the lens. That is ridiculous given the price.

Excellent, efficient care. Huge thank you to Dr Friedberg and his staff for such wonderful care. Beverly, Bridget and Cindy were professional and explained thoroughly what was going to happen in each of their areas. The receptionist Elaine was warm and friendly and made you feel welcomed. Overall experience was very positive.

Very easy to make an appointment. The staff were very friendly and efficient and Dr Shettle was thorough with my check up. I was in and out in less than hour and my contacts were ordered and delivered within 2 days. They also provided me with a few samples to cover me until my contacts came in.

Firstly, let me say, I feel awful for the people that have ever had a negative experience here. I certainly had issues, but they were all outside of the staff's control. I've been going to this location for several years and I have had a POSITIVE experience each and every time. On three separate occasions, I've had an ulcer on my right eye, and I was seen immediately. Their turn around time for appointments are short and efficient, very well done. Let's talk about this front desk staff, okay? Mimi deserves a shout-out all to herself. I adore her, she knows her stuff, and is so kind and helpful and remembers small happy details about her customers that truly make them feel welcome. All of the techs I've had were studious and professional and do a fantastic job explaining what the processes are. The doctors I've seen here are all incredible and take the time to answer any questions. Love this place. Thank you.

I don’t think it provides a good professional experience to require a cash payment for the anesthesiologist, leaves you with a bad sketchy tastes in your mouth. Then to make it worse, when you get handed the receipt for that cash payment …

Great prices, big selection. The people that helped me and the optometrist were very friendly, helpful.Will definitely be back.
