The best eye doctors but there is a delay in the appointment and take a long time in the waiting and if your appointment at 8 a.m will not enter before 11 o'clock at least One day we entered the emergency 8 p.m at and waited until 11 a.m next day in the hallway and there are no rooms to sleep only on the waiting chair .

Had my first eye exam in the last 5 years today at Eye Associates Round Rock. I was greeted with professionalism and introduced to a new member of the team - Sonya. Sonya was very kind and even gave me a compliment that made me smile. Micah completed the first portion of my exam and was very diligent in cleaning/disinfecting the equipment as well as explaining in detail each test that he was performing. I then saw Dr. Choe who took so much time with me, explaining my test results, and performing my eye exam. From beginning to end, everyone was very professional. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with an eye exam and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need. Special recognition to the office manager, Micah, for scheduling my appointment on such short notice. I appreciated being fit in before my upcoming vacation. 5 Star Experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to Eye Care Optics for over 10 years. As I am getting older I find that I need to have exams every couple of years to keep up with my vision issues. Henry is the man! I broke my frames by running into a 4x6x16 Douglas Fir piece of wood. I called Henry and he asked me to come in. He had my old lenses in new frame in 15 minutes. He is currently having eye exams for $59.00. He also has frames that start at $59.00. The eye exams are on the premises and appointments are recommended. I highly recommend Eye Care Optics for any of your eye glass and contact needs.

No long waiting, and prices aren't hiked up for more stylish frames. Doctor very patient and explains everything for you. First trial with contacts he even waited and walked me through until I was able to put them and take them out on my own! I will always go here and my kids too

everyone here was really helpful and kind! i also visited the bonney lake location and it was a great experience. i was really nervous and had never experienced the eye problems i was having but they talked me through everything, were super accommodating and helpful. highly recommend!

Horrible service. Nobody answers the phone. The prescription never reached the pharmacy, I went to pick it up and pharmacy had to send a request to the doctor’s office. After a couple of days, the pharmacy still hadn’t received the prescription. I called the office so many times to make sure they send the prescription to the pharmacy. And there’s always a long wait for my daughter to be seen, up to an hour. I have no complaints about the doctor, but the office is ran very poorly. Today, after waiting for 20+ minutes and seeing people arriving after us and being called before us, I asked the front desk if they had an estimate on how much longer, and they hadn’t even taken my daughter’s chart from the front desk. They picked up the chart at that moment, which makes me wonder if they just forgot about it??? They said they still had five patients before us, so they estimated at least 30 more minutes of waiting.

Visited for the first time today for an eye exam. I was very pleased with the technician who tested my eyes. He was very nice and informative. Then I saw the doctor who was thorough and answered my questions. Wait times were short. I will visit them again next year

Honestly one of the best spots I’ve gotten glasses from, I will definitely be back! From being greeted by the very helpful staff, and all the knowledgeable doctors they have- I know I’m in the right place for glasses. Turn around time was great and they also were able to fix my other glasses so I could see until the new ones were done! Thank you for all your help!
