I had a wonderful experience at Innovated Eyecare in Parker. I stopped by urgently in need of a replacement eyeglass nose pad, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional care provided by their team. The staff promptly greeted me, and without hesitation, they not only replaced the broken piece but also took the initiative to replace the other side. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail, as they made sure that all the screws were properly tightened. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit a great one, and I highly recommend Innovated Eyecare for their excellent service and caring staff.

7 people and 15 minutes standing line delay to checking in. Once checked in though the medical process was seamless. Medical staff including Matthew and Claudia herself outstanding. Highly recommended.

I was a little nervous about the cataract surgery but Dr. Chronister and the entire staff were kind, professional and reassuring both pre-op and post-op. Easy peazy.. I had one eye done last week and will have the other eye done next week. Bedside manner is everything. Thank you Dr. Chronister as ND staff.

I had a great experience here. The office is clean, the staff is so friendly and the doctor that did my exam (Duran) was just amazing. He didn't rush, he explained the issues I was experiencing with my eyes thoroughly. My exam was on a Friday, my two pairs of glasses were ready the following Wednesday. I can see clearly now, the rain is gone! The picture does not do my glasses justice, but I wanted some that looked cool, like Buddy Holly's.

If I could give less than one star I certainly would. We were there the other day for an 11:30 AM appointment. And we got there at 11:15 AM. We went inside, sat down, and none of the employees came over to us to say hi. Can we help you? So since we were there early enough, we got up and started looking at the frames for glasses. Nobody came to us at that point either and said. Is there something we can help you with? We finally left there at 20 minutes to 12. And nobody and I mean, nobody even came over to see if they could help us and mind you. Our appointment was at 11:30 AM and then 12 PM 2 appointments on the same day. And nobody came over to help us. , needless to say, we left there. And this is my review, stay away from that Walmart. The customer service really smells!

I have a chronic corneal abrasion which flares from time-to-time and when it does, it's quite painful and a bit debilitating. I was referred to Cornea Consultants by a local optometrist so I called to make an appointment. They offered me an appointment the following morning to which I said I was waiting to hear from another specialist to see if I could be seen that same day. With that, the scheduling did some checking was able to get me in within 2 hours. Everyone there was awesome. They were kind, helpful, and explained what they were doing. The doctor fixed me up and sent me on my way...until I returned for a followup to ensure all healed correctly. If faced with another specialist need, I'm going back to this office. They did an awesome job from top to bottom.

Best ever! Dr. Anderson and his staff are amazing. From reception to the techs and the doctor himself. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Anderson answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns over my vision. This is the only place I will recommend my friends and family to go to.

I walked in today to get my glasses fixed she helped me with great pleasure.

Absolutely awful. Way over booked every time. Been here for 3 hours already this morning and I am still waiting as I write this. Unacceptable. Time to find another eye doctor.

Here's the thing... I came to this place to be able to see. I understand that my eyesight is poor overall, but never have I had such a difficult, frustrating experience with a business. The entire reason one would contact this place is to hopefully get a prescription to see. Guess what I still cannot do after 2 years of back and forth with this business? Be able to see well. The optometrist at the Bend location is a nice guy. But past him are some of the most difficult people to work with. I would NOT recommend. Save yourself the headache (literally- from wearing the wrong prescription multiple times!) and go somewhere else. Never have I left a bad review for a business, but this place really just sucks!
