If I had known it was this quick and easy I would have done it years ago. I went in for a free consultation and had my procedure completed one week later! There was zero pressure at all- I was just so impressed that I booked the first available appointment. Every step was professional, stress free, and easy. Dr. Shah is outstanding, and all of the office staff are so friendly and helpful. I’m at writing this from the parking lot. I had my procedure yesterday, and just drove here for a followup today. The results? Confirmed 20/20 vision, and it will likely continue to improve over the next week or two! 🤯 I am 37 and have worn very strong glasses for my entire life, I never imagined this could be possible. I cannot recommend Lasik Experts more highly. Big thanks to Dr. Shah and all of the office staff- genuinely life changing!

Two stars because the doctors are fine, but otherwise? This whole clinic (if that's the right word) is terrible. Everything goes through a call center, so refilling prescriptions is a nightmare because either something doesn't get done on their end or the pharmacy's end, so refilling is a frequent battle and a slew of phone calls when it really could be a lot simpler. I am currently trying to get one of my prescriptions set up for home delivery and can't even get in touch with the actual doctor's office to make sure the request has been seen. Communication is either being on hold a lot, being told you'll get called back and you never do, or all your info being put into an online patient portal that no one even reads anyway. Freaking awful and I am always near frustrated tears anytime I ever try to get anything done with this clinic. I regret choosing them and would leave immediately if I wasn't convinced that sending my records to another doctor just simply wouldn't happen, and THAT would be a pain too.

This is a great group of professionals. They have a friendly staff that works together to make your visit comfortable. It's a process they perfected and ultimately, it makes things easy. The most efficient medical office I've ever visited.

I have been a customer for about 30 years and have nothing but good things to say about Ian and his staff. I even moved and now travel 40 minutes to get my eyeglasses from Innovation. A couple times through the years I tried other places and realized how much of a difference is made by Innovation. Ian is very accommodating and take good care of his customers.

Absolutely everyone I interacted with was a friendly and professional kid person. They have a separate kid-friendly but dimly-lit waiting room for passing the time while you're waiting the dilation drops to kick in. Very impressed with this office and would enthusiastically recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric ophthalmologist. Had to edit my review after reading a negative review: My over 2 toddler son was a screamer during any part of the exam that required the least amount of restraint. I anticipated this as his mother, but again, I was very impressed with the staff's handling of this situation. The staff could not have been sweeter to him. At one point, another staff member even stopped in to see if another set of hands were necessary to help with the exam since my son was crying and screaming so loudly, but again, everyone was completely professional and seemed like they understand how kids can be. Update on Dec 28, 2021: Still a five star office. Every single person I interacted with yesterday was lovely and professional and seemed like a kid person. Dr. O’Brien patiently took the time to answer all my questions about my son’s vision while I was trying to understand it as a lay person. He did not seem rushed at all while I was taking a moment to understand. They give every patient a coin so they can use the little trinket machine in the waiting room, which is such a sweet touch. I don’t know if Knoxville is big enough to have a ton of pediatric ophthalmologists, but I have no desire to look into it because I love this office so much.

One of the best opticians I have been to in a while. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. My glasses have had the nose pieces fall off and they’ve always helped me immensely!

I had recently contacted them on the phone about my husband’s glasses that we have received from the one on Dixie and we didn’t have a very good experience. even though we had went there 12 years we had never had a problem until this last year The last time we went, so I contacted the one on Poplar level and they accommodated and fixed my husbands problem the best they could even though he still has the glasses and everything but now we can get a new pair this year that he’s been suffering with those for two years And then one on Dixie was just like oh well nothing we can do about it when it was their mistake, I mean, if it was something we did we would own up to it but it was nothing we did. It was clearly there a mistake, giving my husband, the wrong prescriptions glasses . Everyone was helpful and even though they were busy we didn’t have to wait long at all , we use to go to the Dixie location for 12 years but no longer go there due to some bad actions of them on their part . my whole family will now go here to poplar level rd location , we seen DR JULIE yesterday super sweet They know how to treat you . When I go somewhere I expect to be treated with the respect I give someone and this place did just that ! Amazing staff everyone was so friendly ! Thank you for giving us a better outlook

I've been a patient of Dr. Guido's for many years. He's the BEST! Dr. G listens to you, answers questions and explains everything you need to know. He explains about eye health and shows you your xrays, etc. Very thorough!! And personable. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

Dr. Tran and his staff are amazing. They were able to squeeze me into an appointment same day and get things running smoothly at a reasonable price. I was able to get in and out with all of my questions answered. Now I am so happy that I can see much better with both my contacts and glasses. I’m glad I came here and should’ve been coming here all along. Even next door to pick out your glasses, Abraham was very helpful! He assisted me with everything I needed. Thank you Dr. Tran and staff, you all are very nice and professional! Highly recommend.
