Very unprofessional and unorganized staff. Today, I went to inquire about my contact lenses that they claimed that I picked up on a specific day while I was at my occupation. They claimed that I picked it up the same day that I made the purchase. HOWEVER, I was at work on that day so I made a purchase for my contact lenses via mobile phone. I contacted the insurance company and they stated that: “no claims were made in the month of June.” So that means, that the staff was not truthful about my transactions and I felt they accused me of lying to them about contact lenses I did not (and could not) pick up on that day due to my work schedule. Do not waste your time and money at a place like this. Unfortunately, they were adamant about them not being flawed with their work. They refused to reimburse me because they said “they can’t refund what has been picked up.” And the attitude I received from that staff member was unacceptable, especially when SHE was in the wrong. If I could rate a zero, I would!

Excellent doctor. Her secretary and Dr. Elena speak Spanish and English. Very nice office. Very professional.

Got an eye exam. Wanted to order glasses and contacts. Couldn’t see out of the trial contacts. Instead of retaking the exam, they gave me contacts that were not my prescription and sent me on my way. AFTER MAKING ME PAY $300 up front. I have insurance so that was confusing. Fast forward a week, mind you I drive over an hour each way for this, I come to get my glasses and guess what? I can’t see out of them. The gentleman working there was very knowledgeable, helped me get the correct prescription and lens angle. He said he would get them fixed. Fast forward 2 weeks, STILL NO CONTACTS AND STILL NO GLASSES. My glasses have apparently been picked up already? And contacts were never ordered. Don’t bother trying to call. You’ll get a random call center that can’t help you with anything. Save yourself the time frustration and money and go elsewhere. I have never left a bad review but this warrants zero stars if I could give it.

They don’t review your medical history enough and other eye MD who never saw you will sign off that they did,, when it never happened. Ask for ophthalmic X-ray log your eye . It’s in your best interest.

Dr. Lew was friendly, polite, and provided a great eye exam. He was very open, explained things well, and didn't try to upcharge me with frames. I couldn't ask for a better optometrist!

Like the doctor but the office staff is in bad. Took mom there and they could not find her file, it was in the garage. When asked for a chair with arms, was told "we don't have any",so you make an 80 year old handy cap that can barely walk stand. The doctor went into his office and got a chair. When ordering glasses she felt pressured into getting things that she didn't want. Brought bad glasses because they were not right and was told very rudely and "you only get one redo so some make sure this is you want ". Will be looking for a new eye doctor.

Eye Q and Dr. Hinton got me in to address a concern first thing this morning, the day after the holiday weekend. He was efficient, professional, and compassionate. He did a thorough exam and was able alleviate my immediate concerns. I feel so much better, thank you.

My husband and I have had good experiences with the optometrists at this location, however we have had repeated issues with billing. We have Eye Med for glasses and contacts and Aetna for medical insurance. They incorrectly billed Eye Med for the eye exams instead of Aetna, with much higher rates. After much back and forth we were reimbursed but I spent a lot of time straightening it out. They do not offer a choice for a traditional dilation but lead you straight to the Optomap machine which is much more expensive. Also, I was disappointed while waiting to hear inappropriate discussion among the staff about the attractiveness of one of the optometrist's brothers.
