Dr. Amanda Salter did my first cataract surgery today and it was seamless! I have owned a successful business in the area for 27 years, and can say without hesitation that you can judge the leader by the strength, talent, and dedication of their staff. Dr. Salter was warm and professional and her staff are all engaging, smart, and great communicators. Trust your eyes to this team of professionals. I'll be back in two weeks for eye #2.

Wonderful staff! They took me in early and sharpened up my prescription. They were very professional and did a thorough job. Highly, highly recommended!

Where can I start. Well the young lady Jennifer Davis that greeted my wife and myself was very pleasant. She also completed the pre screening prior to us see the eye doctor. She explained everything in detail so we could better understand the process. Then we waited very shortly for our eye exam. The doctor was very professional. She explained how our vision has changed. Then we were sent to choose eyeglasses that we preferred and let me say they have a great amount of eye glasses to choose from that's a plus to me. So time to get fitted and check out. So the expense of two pairs of eyeglasses from America's Best was cheaper than my last set of glasses. The young lady Serena whom had explained when we should receive our new glasses was very kind friendly and knowledgeable. We had spoken briefly with the assistant manager and the manager in which both were very professional and pleasant. So with my experience today with Jennifer and Serena and actually the entire staff at the Westgate Mall America's Best . Were very friendly. So I would recommend this facility to all of my friends ,family and colleagues. They deserve 10 stars !

Dr. Choi and the whole staff at Eye Tech are Top Class. The personal care and service provided here is unbeatable. I highly recommend them!

Great Eye Doctor. She really took her time and made sure I understood all my choices. Prescribed some multifocal lenses that actually replaced my bifocals :) Would highly recommend Dr. Zia.

Great clinic,especially for the southside of san antonio.Everyone nice and helpful saw them online and requested an appointment for myself and husband we was contacted immediately. They have very nice exam rooms and alot of high-tech machines. Nice to see Dr Rodriguez come back at least a couple of days.we love his expertise and thorough eye exams Thanks Eye Assoc. For bringing this clinic to our area.

I went to the shop for my vision test. Dr. Leberer is friendly and reliable. The shop has a tons of great frames. I’m looking forward to receiving my first pair of glasses.

My great grandmother, who is 101 years old, has needed cataract surgery for the last 30 to 40 years. All that time she's lived in darkness. Finally, after finding the amazing Dr Kim she agreed to get the surgery done. Dr Kim has been very patient with my mom and the day of the surgery went smoothly and quickly. It's only been a few days but my mom feels like she has a new lease on life. Thank you Dr Kim. Thank you everyone at St Mary's.

If we could give this place negative stars we would give them negative five stars. My boyfriend went in for a contact eye exam, and was told by the optometrist to try out a new brand of contacts for his astigmatism. The optometrist failed to advise him that even though this is a trial pair, she will put it down on as the brand on his prescription and in the case that he does not like them, she will charge him an additional $65 to have the listed brand changed. This is on top of the $100 he already paid for the eye exam. Long story short, the brand contacts they gave him did not feel good so he wanted them to change it to what he usually gets, we called their office and they said they will charge $65 for that. All that was being asked to change was the brand of contacts, nothing else. Also, he was changing it to what he usually gets, the only reason he opted in to try something different was because the doctor suggested to do so. It was pretty much a bait and trap. This place is a small hole in the wall with a staff that needs to really train themselves on what customer service is. The fact that this office is not a franchise and has such a poor way of conducting business, makes it very obvious that they won't be around long. We're in 2018, and when you're a small business your best bet is to reel new customers in and find a way to keep them versus finding a way to make sure they do not come back. Everyone in that office lacks manners and has no clue on what good business practices are. They are just looking to rip you off in what ever way they can. Hopefully they sooner than later decide to invest in customer service and business 101 training. DO NOT GO HERE, there are plenty other places you can go that actually value you and your business. Negative five stars is what they deserve as a rating.

My mom has been seeing Dr. Wang for the past few years. She started to see her for her glaucoma and eventually had cataract surgery with something to help with her pressures from glaucoma at the same time. Currently her pressures are good and she is no longer on eye drops since her surgery. Dr. Wang took her time to explain the benefits of the surgery and my mom is so happy she doesn't have to use her drops anymore since they caused so many issues for her. Thank you Dr. Wang for treating my mom so well everything she sees you.
