My daughter attempted twice to make an appointment for her two yr old son and each time they were closed. She works until 4 and sometimes 4:30pm which is the same time this ophthalmology office closes. So she asked me to call and make the appointment for her to which they refused because a parent needs to call.

Dr Joe is very good person I also knew his Dad, very nice Dr's Vision I love them ,!!!

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I made sure to have a babysitter and the time off of work to be able to make it to the appointment. I confirmed my appointment with the office 3 times within the two days before my appointment. I even received a notification for my appointment one hour before I was supposed to be there. I arrived at the facility 5 minutes early only to be told that the doctor had left for the day or was leaving currently, (I'm still not clear on which) and also that they had tried to call numerous times to tell me the doctor wanted to go home early... As if that makes it okay???. My phone has no missed calls. It is highly inconvenient. If the doctor knows that a person is coming in, he should stay and do his job. I drove in a blizzard to get here today. I will not be back.

I have been to Dr Eftekhari's office twice now & both experiences have been positive. The staff is friendly & professional. I particularly appreciate the fact that I dont spend a lot of time waiting. I have found Dr Eftekhari to be patient & allow me time to express any questions or concerns. He explains things well. I always leave feeling heard & genuinely cared for by Dr Eftekhari & his staff. Thank you Eyelid Center of Utah!

Dr Orge is the best!!! He is so kind and gentle, explains everything to you and will ask any questions you have. He is very nice and makes my son feel very at ease! I highly recommend him

Arrived 10.45am, checked in by 11.15 good strart Student nurse checked me in asking all the questions I just filled out when I arrived, no eye contact. Student nurse tried to put in the IV, blew the vien, the teaching nurse put in the IV. DID NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT FOR 3 HOURS. Back was screaming, couldn't get out of bed, no nurse support. Finally Anastiliogist arrived to knock me out, good guy. Woke up in Lazer room. Lazer or lazer tech could not get the lazer to vacuum lock. Third time it actually worked, final tech said it had to be done in a specfic sequence. During the Lazer wait for the tech and doctor (20 minutes, a student (valley girl on Speed pills) would not shut up about her life. Nothing to do with the procedure, all words were (Like, Really, Amazing, just like, Um, every other word that made no sense). Very unprofessional. Finally relased to my ride home at 445pm 5 &1/2 hours later. Nursing manager and location director need to be replaced or set a new tone of profesionalism that does not exist in this facility.

Dr. Dolan gave a very thorough diabetic eye exam, explaining as he went along. Sandy and Nick were very friendly and knowledgeable. Sandy knew just the right frames for my face. No pressure to purchase anything I didn't need or want. I definitely would recommend 20/20 Vision.

Very bad experience They cancelled my appointment without any reason They said you have to call back for confirm your appointment it’s not make any sense I have to call back and confirm that Lady on reception very rude They sent me confirmation text message before one day to appointment so why I need to call and confirm that appointment. I was drowe 2 hours for the appointment
