Probably the best eye exam I’ve had in my 38 years. Doctor Stimac was extremely informative, patient and kind. He gave great explanations and was extremely thorough. I would certainly recommend and come back again.

My family and I have been coming this office ( Reseda) more than 12 years, we were ok with the doctor and services. However, just last two years the appointment system and customer services were suck. I made appointment an year ahead for our family on Jan 10th, 2024. They texted me on Dec 20th, 2023 at 2:21pm for reminding appointments and I responded YES at 3:37p.to confirm that we were able make it. I RECEIVED MESSAGE FROM.THEM "Hi, due to scheduling, that appointment time is not available. Does the following week, the 17th at the same time, 2:00pm, work?" I called them and talked about this situation, the.customer service is rude and stupid " you didn't response right away that why someone called and she filled in those spots". I don't think they need customers, they try to get rid of old customers to gain new ones. I have never seen any appointment service system like this. I was suck and stupid.

I have been coming to this office for regular check-ups for a few years; you would think I would feel like a patient, but I feel like a number. I have been trying to get an appointment and there is never anything available for two or three months. I just called stating that I have what seems to be an eye infection, I was told to go to the emergency room in Boston. No care to know my symptoms, or any chance to even go another day, The staff has no empathy and did not care when I asked for my records to go some where else. I don't care for places where I am just a number.

Dr Faith, Dr Vazquez , all the doctors and staff are very caring and very nice. I have been with them for many years and I just had a successful DMEK with Dr Faith. THANK YOU.

I’m not sure why the rating for this office is so low but I can tell you that it does not reflect the service here. I’ve been going to this office since high school and it’s they have been nothing but attentive and caring every step of the way. People at the front desk are always so nice and helpful with everything I need like insurance or answer all my questions without sounding annoyed. I ask a lot of questions. Dr Kong is super knowledgeable and honest during all my visits, it’s a genuine human interaction without some kind of sales pitch. If you’re looking for a long term optometrist, I would give this place a shot and decide for yourself.

I just had to take a moment to express my unabashed thanks to Daniel & Davis Optometry! Through the years I'm grateful to be able to call Jim & Susan - friends. Their "Cutting-edge" practice has been more than my family and I could've hoped for. From their state-of-the-art equipment to the professional and personal touch that the Davis' and their fine team readily display upon walking into their offices, makes it an incredibly positive experience. On another note, kudos to the Davis' for all they continue to do to better the lives of individuals and our local community through complimentary eye tests and services to local schools and programs. They are extraordinary and all of us are beneficiaries of their great help to so many.

When i asked him after eye surgery, if i would see 2020. He said "i don't know your eye was tore up pretty good after surgery". Just what you don't want to here. He's a quack!

Dr. Kumar was very thorough. Explained everything without rushing and they were very busy. He is very kind and so is his staff.

Not a very kid friendly doctor, especially with kids on the spectrum. Even with neurotypical kids, I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at this location. Kept chastising my child and telling them it wasn’t a game when they were trying to describe what they saw. Did not have patience or great listening skills when it came to children (or really even adults). Supporting staff was amazing though. Went out of their way to accommodate me when I needed to nurse my newborn when my husband brought her to me after my appt. This is for the LensCrafters at Baton Rouge Mall
