I recently switched ophthalmologists and started seeing Dr. Petrella. I am so glad I made the switch! Dr. Petrella is very kind, and she takes time with the exams and explains things so that I can understand what's going on with my eyes. I never feel like she's in a rush to get on to the next patient. The staff members are also very friendly. They're a great group of people!

I was referred to Dr. Pham by a coworker after having a negative experience with my previous optometrist. I absolutely LOVE her and can honestly say this is my favorite optometry practice I have ever been to. The staff is wonderful, office is beautiful, exam is thorough and high-tech, and physician is knowledgeable and personable. She even lowered my previous prescription and I see better than before! HIGHLY recommend Eyes of Hermosa!!

Great family owned business! They make you feel very welcome and did everything possible to make my visit easy. I had my little 2 year old with me and the were wonderful with her. Got me in for an exam right away!

The Staff was very kind and patient in spite of being rather crowded . Ms Jackie and the wonderful woman that registered clients were very organized and communicated well with each other . I appreciated how Jackie worked hard to make sure that I was able to get the features that I needed , and even a style that was flattering . May God bless each of you and I will definitely send others to you . It is extremely rare but , you ladies delivered . Thanks so much ! ❤️🙏🏾

Dr.Al-Holou is the best! She is always prompt and precise.. Really great to speak with, and has an awesome staff also !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️= Staff The administration staff is friendly and Dr Chan is Awesome! Efficient and straight to the point. ⭐️⭐️ = Wait Time You should go with time to spare. Not a rush. - I got there 10 min before appt time, turned in paperwork 2 min before. Took 24min after scheduled appointment before my name was called for initial front of office tests. And 1hr 2min before being seen by Dr Chan. Seems like you’re seen in order of paperwork received regardless of appointment time. Overall an unexpectedly GREAT experience tucked into this tiny office.

This was the 2nd time we had seen Ryan and he was outstanding! He was very professional and respectful to my mother, who had both eye surgeries, he explained everything thoroughly and spoke good spanish!! very pleased with Ryan and his service.

who ever gave this place a 5 stars are obviously friends with employees or employees!! worst place I have ever gone too!!! They try to sell you glasses as if they are getting a cut. They tell you they will work with you then at very end after you have wasted your time they tell you all sorts of crap...super expensive, no good customer service. Don't waste your time!!! Americas best eye where I got 2 nice pairs for same price they were charging me for one!!Plus I have 1 year warranty.,...Oh and supposedly they do not have insurance on any of their glasses so if you brake them you are F*^%ed! Worst experience ever!! those girls are ignorant, if you go when you come out you will wish you would have listen to me!!! Doctor is great female young doctor!! A++

The doctor is very theral, I had alot of questions, she helped me. She's very caring and have a passion for her work it shows in her work and patience.

If I could give 10000 stars to doc and the staff especially Stacy I would! He was at vision works on 50 in Brooksville and I followed him to St Pete because he’s worth the drive. They go above and beyond for your needs.
