My mother's appointment last year the girls in front were rude she figured ok it's Monday. Then the Drs were the same. Did not offer any explanations. When I made a next year appointment it turned out to be a Monday so I changed it. I just had to cancel the appointment and the answering service again was rude. I have a family issue. Now I have to find a new eye doctor. I truly miss the original Dr Calenda and the ortstaff they were wonderful. You people need to remember you can be heard talking about patients and laughing from the waiting area. Without us where would you be. One less patient So sad.

Good visit. I do wish all the doctors at this location would find the time to review your file and why you are there before going into appointments. This doctor took her time and read over my case to get familiar with why I was there. As a patient you know why you are there and you expect the doctor seeing you has some idea why you are there before they come into the examination room. No biggie, some doctors do better than others reading your file in front of you while you wait for them to catch up as to why you are actually there.

The front desk (blonde hair) gal was not welcoming or friendly at all - quite rude to be honest. The gentleman that assisted me before I saw the Dr. was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Banghu was really great as well! I usually always have a great experience here with the exception of what I mentioned.

It’s a pleasure to make this 20 min drive that’s my second visit and well worth it. I had an extremely bad case of pink eye and I was so happy I came to Dr. Vijay Khetpal where I was referred from the ER. It was like he was holding my hand through the entire process. I would highly recommend this team. They will be taking care of me in the future for cataract surgery when needed.
