Dr. Fagoora is always rude and decides whether or not you have an appointment because he won’t see you unless he feels like it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL.

There was a fire alarm in the building today and despite how crazy the schedule was once the building was cleared and we were allowed back inside everyone was exceptionally friendly and Care was exceptional. I was extremely pleased with the facility all of the providers and the related service personnel

Show up 10 minutes early, wait over half an hour past your appointment time that you had to wait a month for. Used to be better. Update: No mention of a delay during my extended wait, zero communication whatsoever.

The cataract operation was miraculous, and a year later I still am excited seeing colors with intensity I had forgotten existed. I read without glasses now. The office is well run and staff have been consistently helpful and responsive to my needs. The operations (both eyes) went flawlessly. And Dr. Boles is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Everyone was really nice but that’s where the positive ends, I spent 4 months having this doctor trying to correct my prescription and it was just wrong, the last try it was close but not right, I went to a different doctor in town and he immediately knew what was wrong, he fixed it and my vision is perfect so clear and crisp I can see so well now that I now realize how awful my lenses and prescription from Tucson optometry clinic were. I do not recommend this place at all for people with strong astigmatism they just do not do a good job of getting the lenses correct. I highly highly recommend *** he took his time went over and over old scripts new scripts made sure my eyes were healthy and very quickly picked out what dr Jake couldn’t find in months! ** can’t figure out how to reply to you , you can check my file and see the history it’s current just happened recently. Look me up by my name listed here, I was so disappointed in the service I received, my new eye doctor said it was ridiculous that I was told I may need eye therapy and that the issue was with the lens and had it been looked at under the microscope the doctor should have been able to see the issue right away. My new eye doctor is taking care of me, I got my new lens from him and my vision is fantastic no more blurry vision.

Teresita…I went to Walmart to get my prescription put into my lens and she took patience and understanding with explaining the prescription to me.. she was wonderful…

I’ve been going to Walmart vision center for 3 or 4 years. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the Optometrist is easy to talk to and very nice. I recommend them to everyone I know. I’m not sure why these people are complaining. I’ve been to a few different eyeglass places and Walmart Vision Center has exceeded my expectations.

Better not to share any my father experience that 89 years old. A waist of time and lot of money as he doesn't have insurance. Never again. Not recommended.
