I ordered glasses on November 3rd. It’s December 9th and they never called to let me know they’re in. I got designer glasses so they’re expensive. A guy named Urrie answered the phone at the store and had an attitude with me. Never told me why they didn’t call to let me know they’re in. Terrible service.

Husband got his glasses there a year ago. The arm broke off on Christmas Eve. Was told to come back next week ( 5 days without glasses) -that they could/would not help us. Went back again today- told by an older women that on one was there to help. Behaved like we were intruding. Now we're going to have to pay more moeny to have them fixed somewhere else.

Dr. Dunham was always very rushed and the eye exams were not actually performed by him. My family has been going there for several years and the wait times continue to increase. My husband and I have both complained about not being able to see clearly out of brand new glasses and he seems irritated and acts like he doesn't believe us. Keeps trying to sell new surgeries or techniques. Finally changed eye doctors this year and am very happy with our new one. We finally have glasses that we can see out of!!

Thank God for Dr. Grayson My eye specialist he always give me the best advice to help me with my vision I highly recommend everyone to go visit him 817 East Morehead St.

Drs. David and Jeannie Gray are fantastic optometrists. I had to switch optometrists because of insurance issues and the office I went to just wasn't the same. Optics Unique has a friendly atmosphere that can't be matched. My family has been customers for years. They didn't charge me for my contacts until we made sure they were 100% my perfect prescription and fit.

Excellent provider of care. I would highly recommend Dr. Lloyd as an eye doctor.I have been seen by Dr. Lloyd for almost 30 years now. I would not go anywhere else.

My second visit with Dr Kalish. Very happy with the service and how thorough he is. Took the time to listen and do all the necessary examinations. Very glad I went.

Such a warm and welcoming place to go for eye exams and glasses. Friendly and professional. My daughter who had a traumatic experience as a child hasn’t liked going for eye exams until we found 3D Vision and Suzanne McClain, OD.

I have been coming here since I was 5 and honestly I've never had a problem with them. Everyone is really nice and helpful when it comes to picking glasses out. I honestly love it here. Everytime I come in for an appointment everything goes great.

My wife booked eye check-up appointment at Lens Crafters. We were 10 minutes late due to traffic but they understood our situation and let her in for eye-checkup. The eye-checkup was done professionally and it was completed on-time. After the eye-checkup she soon got her results. After results we checked out different spectacles options that they have. They have different spectacles and they ask us for our recommendations and it can be made and fixed according to our requirements.

The best eyeglass experience I've ever had ! Lisa was so personable and helped me pick out the perfect frames! Orlando was very helpful with my checkout transaction, and helping me with options, and Grant smiled a lot . Dr Spivak was thorough, pleasant and very friendly. Will be my go to eye glass place forever!
