Dr. Patel was a great help during my visit. She took the time to explain and provided me great guidance during my exam. Overall it was a great experience and will surely be visiting again! Glad I was able to find her!

Came here to get a renewed eye prescription and a new set of contact lenses, and I had a great experience. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and attentive, and Dr. Kim Nguyen-bui took great care of me. Dr. Kim answered all of my questions, being very informative, and was very nice to me throughout the whole process. My exam cost about $130 without any insurance and my monthly contacts are estimated to cost around $140 for a six-pack. Would definitely come back here.

She is very knowledgeable nice and professional

For my own experience, I went to BJ’s Optical with the intentions of just having my lenses replaced in my frames (which I loved). They broke at the lab, which, no problem, mistakes happen, and they did not hesitate to do right by me by allowing me to pick out new frames to replace my own at their cost. I’d give them 5 ⭐️’s if I had no problems at all!

Love the staff! Shieldquwanna was the sweetest & went above and beyond with no not only being patient through the exam but helping me (who is very indecisive) picking out frames! Jeremy was very helpful as well. He was able to help me fix a screw in my old pair of glasses that I was having issues with so I could keep my old pair in case of emergency! Both were super sweet & helpful!

The first check in woman who completed the pressure tests and retina scan was lovely (blonde curly hair). The doctor was great as well. Jose at check out was stellar. The very tall dirty blonde woman with glasses behind the desk was one of the RUDEST people I’ve ever experienced. Did not acknowledge me. Ignored me and helped two people cutting right in front of me without even glancing at me let alone giving me an update after i completed my exam. She made me feel invisible. She continued to ignore for 5 minutes as I was standing at the desk I finally said, “Hi I’ve been waiting.” To which she rolled her eyes and said, “I saw you. I’m pulling up your profile.” I don’t mind waiting but at the very least say you will be with me shortly. She should not work with patients or customers. Everyone else, was great.

Literally the most unorganized and unprofessional doctors office I have ever had. Clearly they’ve taken on too many patients and lost complete control. It should not take two weeks to just get a hold of someone on the phone. I’ve been without contacts for an entire month because they can’t even return a simple phone call. Why even ask us to leave a voicemail then? Not to mention, two years ago they switched my doctor without even informing me until I walk into my appointment. Do NOT waste your time with this overpriced, money hungry wannabe corporation. They completely disregard their patients needs. Ridiculous!!!!!

It was so good have my glasses fix by Joni; she hear my complaint and she fix it. No actitud, no bad mood.... she had a smile an a beautiful personality ✨️ I love it. More people like her would be awesome in this place.

Stopped in for insects for our reptiles, several containers with more dead than alive. I attempted to ask the staff member putting said containers on the shelf, this "Debbie Downer" (long dyed red pony) didnt want to be bothered giving complaints of her own instead of some basic customer service . turned and left.

I just wanted to express how happy I was to experience such great customer service at ocean optical Stacey at the checking desk smiling and making you feel so welcome eye exam was amazing also Chrissy who help me with my frames and took great care of me. Also I only had my new glasses one day they fell off my sofa and broke I bought them back and Chrissy wax so sweet and just said we will take care of it and they did I was just blown away with such service I recommended this place for your next eye appointment and glasses. My husband also got new glasses and He was impressed with the customer service as well check it out you won’t be sorry
