So, the appointment was super easy to get into.
The visit was quick. And no one else was there(customer wise) I see why the lack of customers
I've waited 4 weeks for glasses. And they refuse to cancel so I can actually go somewhere else to get my glasses.
I'm calling my insurance on Monday report I still haven't received my glasses.

Dr.Armstrong is amazing! She's extremely nice, great with answering questions and very understanding. Her office hours are super convenient! She's the few DR.'s I have that I don't have to take off from work to fit into her hours. I love that she has weekend hours and it's great to pop in if you need your glasses adjusted every once and a while.
Her office is super clean and well organized. It's easy to get to, with plenty of parking in the rear. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an eye doctor.

Dr. Manzo performed an eye exam on me and was really nice and communicative. I previously went to another place to order my glasses and it was a waste of my money, but the glasses she prescribed are more than perfect! Also the lady at the optical store (Katherine) was great!

The insurance itself is great but the transportation company they use (MTM formerly known as ACCESS 2 CARE) is bad. Very very bad. They lose track of where they dropped u off, sometimes u hv 2 wait hours for pick up - and there has been a few times to where they neva showed up to pick me up from my appointmen. They need to find a more better Transportation company

Was told by the front desk girl my Eye prescription required a "DEA" number and MD signature in order to pick a pair of frames and have lenses made for them. (SMH) Stay in school kids.
Dear owner/employer great investment on your receptionist there.
Your own Dr. Dennis Lin Does not even have a DEA number and you are requesting that on your new patients? What in the world?
You're an optometry not a pharmacy you fill prescription lenses not prescription drugs.
Why would you require new patients to have a "DEA" number and MD signature on their Optical Rx?

It takes hours to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. And when you select the call back option, they redirect you to a different department, who then redirects you back to Opthamology's automated service, which hangs up. It's almost impossible to schedule without having to go inside and do it. I know I'm not the only one, as I've seen another patient go inside the office and complain about not being able to schedule.
I needed to get a pre-certification for a procedure and they said they'd call back. Never did that either. I called my insurance company, who also told me that Einstein never requested for one. This has been going on for a month.
Highly disorganized and very disappointed.

Dr. Steele is very competent and really cares about presenting the best vision options for me and my family. He is very professional and we don’t sit in the waiting area for long periods. His staff is nice and professional too.

She first treated me 15 years ago. I had MRSA that got into my eyes. She had to do eyelid lifts so I could see. Great work very natural looking. One of the eyes is dropping again. Just saw her again. She is so caring and works with you for a great outcome. I didn’t want surgery again so she temporarily corrected the problem with Botox. Only problem not covered by insurance. Great doctor.

I have been going to this optometrist office for seven years! The optometrist and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, patient and very knowledgeable.
