I have been going to Dr. Kovats and Madison Eye Care for over a decade now. Their service is great, they’re attentive, and now, as I’m having issues for the first time with my glasses, they’re helping me sort them out with care and patience. 10/10!

Plan 2 hours of your day in order to get a contact prescription. When I went to my appointment they kept me waiting for 20 minutes and before I finished my exam they took the next client on time and forgot about me. So I have to come back another time to finish my exam even though I was there for an hour. Apparently it’s only important for them to be on time for their appointments for their non-minority clients. This place makes you jump through hoops for you to get you contact prescription that you already paid for. For a pain free experience I recommend you go somewhere else. Also, gave me an extra exam I didn’t ask for so I had to pay out of pocket for one of the exams I didn’t ask for.

Great first experience as a new patient. Staff were very friendly and enjoyed my interaction with Dr. Addison. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and took time to answer questions I had, along with providing useful education.

I have been a patient at this practice for 25 years. They never disappoint. The doctors are thorough and have all the most modern equipment to utilize. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of frames. I can, without hesitation, recommend this practice.

Took me exactly 5 weeks to get my glasses done and I had to call every other day for 3 weeks just so I can get an update. I was told they’d be ready in 2 weeks. They didn’t call me when my glasses were ready, I had to call and find out they were ready for pickup. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 yrs and never did I have to wait 5 whole weeks to get my glasses. Very disappointing.

The best Eye Evaluation I have ever had in my 77 years . This review is completely independent. Seriously, I saw over 6 people 3 of which were doctors, they used 4 machines to measure my eyes. Dr. Astorino was not quick to jump into cataract surgery and wanted to try a more conservative approach first. Dr. Cahoon explained everything, stayed to answer my questions and gave me some samples to try. Awesome experience.. I recommend this eye clinic 100%. I even brought my wife who was not getting any eye eval, and he suggested some further workup for her eyes as well.

I recently had cataract surgery at the Surgery Center at the Biltmore. My doctor, Eric Chen was amazing. The entire front office staff at the surgery center were professional and caring. The nurse I had was so nice and showed she cared about me and my comfort. The same is true with the anaesthesiologist, she was super nice and explained everything.

Terrible company! One star is too many. Dr. Ness is very unfriendly and rushed through my <10 minute appointment. The “eye exam” was a joke and as soon as he walked me out to the lobby, he left the building. After waiting over two weeks for my glasses, I quickly learned they were not my script. I wasn’t that surprised, since there were parts to the exam that he skipped over. I requested to see the other doctor in the office, but was told that “Dr. Berry doesn’t like to do retests.” When I came back to see Dr. Ness and talk with the manager Ashley, neither was concerned in any way about my experience. Not even an apology! I was retested, but they ended up making the same lenses I had a couple years ago. Dr. Ness and Ashley made it clear they didn’t want to be bothered. Save yourself the wasted time, money, and headaches from dealing with these unprofessionals!

This was such a pleasant experience. I just moved back from Texas and so I needed to find a new eye doctor. I came in for my yearly eye exam and Dr. Salinas was really amazing. His energy vibes positive and he’s really easy to talk to. Eman is the tech who went over my intake and did the preliminary exams and she was such a sweetheart. The front desk is also very welcoming as well. And I love that it was so close to home!

I been going to Pearl Vision for almost ten years. I love going there. Their receptionists are the nicest ppl you would ever meet. They really know how to treat ppl & their are very helpful to your needs.

So far the process has been okay me and my daughter went in and got our eyes examined they said I needed glasses I ordered my glasses the 11th and it is now the 22nd and still no glasses I called and got placed on hold for 11 minutes then hung up on then when calling back immedantly placed on hold, we will see if I ever receive my glasses or if I have to take my business else where. Edit to say after calling back for a 3rd time and getting the excuse they are busy being told my glasses are in fact ready for pick up, I was originally told 3-5 days and will pick up on day 11. I did get my glasses and all was well.
