Been seeing Dr.Canzona for several years and I highly recommend him. He has improved my vision greatly. He is very professional and friendly. His Staff is very professional and helpful and also personable. I feel honored to have him as my Opthalmologist and will always have him care for my sight! He's a Blessing to me! I am so grateful that he's my Doctor!

Good doctor and kind front desk staff! -from another person of color, I didn't see any bad treatment

Dr. Smith and his medical personnel were friendly and efficient during my visit! However, I went to pick up glasses I purchased at 9:15a this morning. I waited over a week to pick these up as the pick up times are limited. The person that fits new glasses was late so I was questioning the woman at the front desk about if I should wait or if she could ascertain the whereabouts of the proper person so that I did not have to come back at a different time. I was just wondering whether or not it would be worth a short wait. As I was asking these questions, the woman at the front desk shouted that I was “having an attitude with her about something she has no control over.” She was extremely rude, but she was the only one in the office at this time so this is likely the reason she felt comfortable saying this to me given the privacy. And the other issue is that the person was not there to provide a needed service at the appropriate time. But this comment from the front desk employee was unacceptable to me and I will not be returning.

Really great customer service experience. I had an unique situation trying to get my brother contacts while he's incarcerated. The only thing he wanted was contacts to help him see better as his glasses were older and broken. The staff at Vision Essentials was very caring and helpful especially Allie Potter. Thank you all so much for making a family struggling with so many things feel like we were not a burden and helping us do a small thing that makes a huge difference. I'd recommend them to anyone needing eye care. Thank you guys again for your help.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ying Liu, and I must say, she's an outstanding ophthalmologist. Her thorough eye exam not only helped me find the perfect contact lenses but also showcased her dedication to patient well-being. Dr. Liu's competence in managing my eye erosion was impressive, and she provided a comprehensive treatment plan. Her approachable demeanor, patient education, and overall caring nature fostered a strong doctor-patient relationship. If you're looking for an ophthalmologist who's not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares, Dr. Ying Liu is the one to trust for your eye health needs.

Everyone is warm and helpful. Dr. Manion is very thorough and helps explain what’s going on with my eyes. I have a family history of Type 2 diabetes and vision is an “at risk” aspect of Type 2 diabetes. I have a plan created by Dr. Manion that provides me with the comfort knowing I’m doing all I can to avoid going blind.

The full in doctor was great but the receptionist at the desk had a very rude tone of speaking to another patient.

Gave a false guarantee of free enhancement if surgery didn't result in 20/20 vision and of course wont honor it. He is way more arrogant during a consult than any doctor should be. I regret paying for a surgery with him and should've gone …

Excellent staff, very friendly and well trained. The clinic is well equipped. but!!! This place doesn't value your time. I came to an appointment that was scheduled for 11:00am. As a result, I got to the doctor at 1:35pm. 2.5 hours of waiting negates any good attitude!
