Positives: Big staff, pretty responsive. Negatives: Take long time to deliver glasses, not very knowledgeable (I had to call up my insurance to clarify about my frames and come back a second time because they didn't know well), frame selection is a bit mediocre and overpriced for the selection.

I had such a wonderful experience at Hofacre. It was a very fast, yet thorough process. Dr. Hill was really nice and made sure he answered all my questions. I liked the way Dr. Hill explained the different conditions to make sure I understood. Donovan was so so so amazing. He made an effort connected with me and made my experience enjoyable. Donovan was the highlight of my experience and anyone who gets helped by him is going to leave with a smile. :)

Be careful with the optometrist, I went there two times and the first time it was fine but the second time was just unprofessional. I remember going around 1 or 2 years after my first appointment. The second time I saw him he was taking twice the amount of time to examine my eyes and asking very personal questions. also he called me when I was at work after the optometry work hours with his personal phone including texting!!!! I ended up blocking him and I'm never going again!!!!!

Waited 50 minutes past my appointment and Jason Gilbert only saw me for 5 minutes. He did not take the time to answer my questions and I felt he was condescending when speaking to me.

I have been going to Affordable Eyewear since it's existence in circa 1986/87 ish. I've never met a more caring and knowledgeable optician than Hobson Cox‼️ Yes, the wait time can be long at times. I credit that to the outstanding service that he affords each and every customer. And yes, he is a talker! When you leave out of the shop, you are more knowledgeable than when you entered. For those complaining about the wait time, I would probably mention that you're short on time.

As far as exam goes Dr. Saint-Louis is super nice and thorough. She explains everything in detail for you to understand. Great location and everyone at the office is nice. Not much selection for frames but everything else is great.

I am excited about this location opening back up.I have been in desperate need for a full eye exam. What a wonderful experience.

Dr. Patel, the nurses, and the staff were all wonderful. They listened and explained the procedures that they were doing very clearly. I was impressed.
