had my first appointment with Dr. Lam over the weekend. he's a very thorough, knowledgeable optometrist, I'll definitely be coming back. the office was also very professional, with good quality, personal communication. an old-fashioned doctor's office (in the best way!)

I highly recommend a beauty specialist Victoria Aleini. I am very pleased with the result of a permanent powder eyebrows. Professionally matched shape and color of eyebrows. Great job.

Dr. Andrew was very courteous and welcoming to me when I arrived at his office in Beaumont. I was very impressed with him as an optometrist and with the really good eye exam and care. I feel like he covered everything and answered all my concerns. I will keep coming to Vision Mann from now on.

I was very apprehensive when my wife suggested that we go to Walmart to get an eye exams. The eye roll followed an intentional shoulder shrug as she insisted that the decision was final. My motto in marriage is to pick battle big enough to matter and small enough to win. This was not worth a fight so I gave in. The staff was very welcoming and professional. We were seated six feet apart in the waiting area and given a questionnaire to fill out. I were ushered into a small room where Dr Diana Espaillat’s assistant did the first exam. The room was very clean and the equipment state of the art. I was then taken to Dr Diana’s office and she was welcoming and smiling. I could tell she was smiling by her tone even if she was wearing a mask. It calmed me down immediately and she engaged me in conversation. This experience was foreign in compassion to the other optometrist I have visited over the years. A welcomed change. She explain everything that was going on with my eyes and took some images of the eye with modern state of the art equipment and took the time to explain everything that was going on. A very detail exam. I am still impressed. My wife had the same experience and didn’t realize that she desperately needed glasses as she is near sighted. This experience have changed her life. I won’t go anywhere else and have referred my friends and family here. My is happier since she can now see every detail on our daily walks and have a newfound appreciated for her vision. I had the most wonderful experience at Mallinger Family Vision. They made me feel comfortable and talked me through every exam they were doing. All of the staff we so sweet. The whole office is clean and all the equipment is too. Thank you for the great experience.

I have been buying glasses for my children for 17 years and this was my first purchase here. My son chose a pair that was very similar to his old pair and I didn't realize he hadn't been wearing his new glasses (a few months later). When I asked, he said they hurt his head, his vision was distorted and they made him feel weird. We went back to his eye doctor and she tweaked his prescription a bit. I went back to Triangle Vision to get his lenses replaced. I was told that too much time had passed and I would have to pay for new lenses (would have cost more than I spent on the whole set). I had purchased the lens warranty and could get one lens replacement for free. They wouldn't honor that because it was a new prescription. I get that they have their policies, but that is poor customer service, in my opinion. In the end, I will just take my business elsewhere and let another company have our money. With 5 people in glasses, we spend a lot in eyewear every year.

Had a awesome visit with Dr. West, his professionalism, education, and understanding with optometry are superb. He was spot on with my prescription and even helped me sharpen it better. Thanks so much!
