Got an eye exam and asked for contacts and they didn't provide any trials of the contacts I was getting which I thought was weird. I didn't ask since it was my first time there and I assumed maybe that wasn't something they offered. I got my contacts and they were the WORST contacts I have ever tried. They refused to stay in my eyes, they felt grainy all day and dry out before the day is over. I called them 2 weeks after wearing them because I couldn't take it anymore and I was told that it was my fault for not asking for trials to begin with. They told me they would speak to the doctor and get back to me on the situation and that since I had opened the box I could not return them. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I waited 2 weeks and I called again and I was once again told they would speak to the doctor and get back to me. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I am really disappointed I was made to feel like it was my fault and never got a refund. I have also been calling the past 4 days and no one has picked up. Maybe they're out of the office for the holiday but I would expect a least a voicemail messages that says that so I don't waste my time for 4 days straight.

First experience was great, but when I was called to come have my son's new lenses come in anytime we will pop them in. Sounds great right. No, I cam in at 11:40 the eye glass people told me the Dr was with a patient and to sit down. Well when he finally came out alone he told me sorry I'm going on break now. I'll be back in 30 mins. If the eye glass staff would have just checked I wouldn't be sitting here for another 30 min. Bad customer service. The lady with the colored hair green/blu totally brushed me off so she can hang out with the other employees. All she had to do was check, knock on a door. If it is that much of an issue you should have us make appointments to do this. So unhappy.

The staff is wonderful and the doctor is kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough.

Dr. Krebs gives prompt and caring service to her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing care for their eyes.

Everyone in this office is absolutely incredible! they are some of the kindest people you will ever meet :) if you are looking for someone to be your optometrist look no further Dr.Kerri and her team are wonderful

Sent frames here to get new lenses. They said it would take no more than 2 weeks and it took 4. I had to call for every update on the status of my order and received no compensation for the delay. The office was not proactive in updating me on my order at all. On top of that, the lenses I received are unbelievably cheap with a terrible glare. Warby Parker are better quality than this. I won’t be going here for glasses or lenses again.

We’ve been going to 3D Vision for years and have always had a great experience! My 11 year old has struggled to get his contacts in and adjust to new glasses; both Dr. McClain and Lexi are so helpful and patient with him. I highly recommend!

Dr Kaz has been such an exceptional Dr. She educates me, very patient focused and patient centered. Great bedside manners. She was the only doctor to tell me I had glaucoma and she is treating me for it. I like her. She is very personable and her staff have been very professional. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years. Thanks Dr Kaz.

All of the people who work at Bayhead Eye Centre are very professional, very kind and easy to work with. Even when I came in three days in a row with difficulties with my older pair of glasses, they fixed it to the best of their abilities and a smile, until I finally bought a new pair. Great Eye Centre!
