The worst doctor ever. He’s so rude and unprofessional and does not know how to communicate with his patients. I don’t know who got him his degree but he is not willing to listen to anyone not even if it’s for the sake of getting better. Avoid at all costs.

I live in Stone Mountain area but love the service I receive from the Stockbridge location. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor makes you feel like you matter!!! Service is outstanding! I love my VisionWorks location. See y’all next year 2024 for my annual visit.

Woman who answered the phone was extremely polite and had a sweet voice. Eye doctor is always a delight to be around and is never awkward.

Much better help here than in the Redwood City Kaiser office. Vanessa Bautista is especially competent and able to provide personalized service in adjusting old glasses as well as fitting new ones.

Worst medical practices and doctors! This insurance company will NEVER RESPOND OR FOLLOW-UP on anything! No matter how serious! However 2 weeks after you contact them for assistance, that you do not get! They send you a letter wanting you to review their response! At which time I once again ask for a follow-up and once again get no response! The state insurance board should investigate! Fed up being ignored!

Honestly super unprofessional and no one seems to know what’s going on with anyone in the front desk. This was my first time coming here. My exam was great and simple. I picked out my glasses and called it a day. When I pick them up, my glasses came scratched. Mind you I’ve waited a whole month before I received them. Had to call them every other week for any type of update. Didn’t notice the scratch till I drove off and put them on. Drove right back and the taller blonde older receptionist looked at them went to talk to her boss and “lab” on a replacement. Told me it would be about two weeks and still no word on nothing. Absolute joke at this point. Never coming here again.
