Dr. Faust and his staff is very friendly and amazing. The welcoming of walking into the office you can tell everyone works well together and proficiently. Dr. Faust was very informative in the visit and honest. When receiving optics the lady helping me was also informative and helpful in helping me choose something affordable and optic options that worked best for me. I give them 5 stars because I literally have no complaints. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Very competent and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Heilmann is excellent. Emily the person who checked patient history, tested my vision and other pre Dr. Screening was also excellent. All very professional.

I love coming to Osterloh Optometry. The whole staff from the front to the Doctor make it a lovely experience. I’m such an indecisive person and for me to decide on a pair of glasses that look good and are comfortable and that I like is an impossible task. But Denisse, with a big warm smile, made the impossible possible! She has helped me out with both my regular glasses and my sunglasses down to style and comfort! She made sure my glasses fit well and looked good but over all she made sure I was happy and content with everything! I’ve never had this kind of care since I’ve been wearing glasses. I 100% recommended Osterloh Optometry! I have finally found my eye care team!!!!

Excellent, knowledgeable and comprehensive care! I have ordered both glasses and contact lenses here, and received wonderful help with both. Debbie has helped me choose flattering, practical frames with exactly the features I need. I appreciated her honest assessment of what I needed, steering me away from paying extra for things I didn't need. When I order contact lenses, she takes the time to search out discounts and rebates, and calls me promptly when they arrive. A great partnership with my eye doctor!

I am so impressed with, first of all the Dr. Who is Dr. M Singh, OD, he takes time to answer any questions that you might have, never rushes you and is always punctual. No sooner did I sit down in the waiting room I was called and everything was done in an organized manner. I highly recommend Ross Eye Institute, they even have after hour access.

By far, the least organized medical office with the longest wait time (average 2 hours) of all offices I have visited. For your 2 hour average wait time, you would be most lucky to get 10 minutes with any of the doctors. Staff is nice, however, there is so much they can accomplish in a disorganized environment such as this business.

My visit yesterday was really great. A new face was added to the staff and boy she was extremely nice. The Eye Specialist Assistant did rush the exam, and never alerted me prior to blowing in my eye. The Eye Doctor as usual was rushing my exam, and tested the right eye twice. She does watch her staff upfront for accuracy. The justification for this five star belongs to the billing clerk. She was extremely hopeful, and I only returned because of location and Insurance. Also the young man was helpful in verifying insurance coverage for Eye and Glaucoma exam. Overall, I will return in two (2) years.

The doctor was over 30 minutes late to work then walked in with lunch in his hand. He started an exam on someone else within seconds of coming into the building, hurrying as if he were late to a high school class. Incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and tacky. However, the technician who handled my intake process was great and very helpful! I'm a combat veteran assigned to the government's VA Community Care program. I won't let our taxpayer funded programs like the one I'm using be abused by churning out customers instead of providing quality, professional medical care. I don't recommend coming to this location. I felt uncomfortable and would not trust my medical care with this office.
