The Optometrist, Dr Nguyen, is friendly, efficient and extremely professional; however, the office hours that are posted on Google are not the actual office hours. I recommend you call first to make sure someone is in... this is not a walk-in service at all. In addition, please make sure that you ask a lot of questions regarding return policy.

Awesome experience got me in fast got me right at my appointment time. I’ve never had. My vision dialed in like these guys dialed my vision in. They got all the high-tech equipment really awesome price was very fair. You’re gonna pay a little more but it’s gonna be worth Every dime I won’t go anywhere else

The Staff here at the Durham location is extremely helpful. I switched to Americas Best when my insurance change a few years back, and I’ve been pleased with the overall transition. They are truly a bunch of amazing people.

I am very disappointed with my experience. Me my son and daughter communicate on the check in app that we didn’t want the eye imaging and we were all charged for it at checkout. So we paid $120 for a service we said we didn’t want and no explained to us that they were giving to us.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.! POOR QUALITY FRAMES AND LENS I was cheated out of $660 here after 1 month of wearing my glasses they broke and they only provide exactly 1 month of warranty. I hope this place fails and is forced to move elsewhere.

So went to this place just to get reading glasses repaired one of the screws was loose and the lady tells me that she couldn’t fixed it because it was not the original screws and I told her that yes they were I have had them from new I should know They should have people that are more knowledgeable I will not coming back to this place

Reading the reviews, they seem great. The reception was great. But, the Doctor came in all nice, then changed. Every question or thought of mine was met with a sarcastic remark. I was being polite, I don't know why he decided to treat me like this? I couldn't find a ride to pick up my glasses, so went to pick up when I could. . I understand they are busy, the there was no one in the waiting room, could not find the 5 min to adjust my glasses. I took them to Walmart and they did it for free. Like I said, I guess it depends on whatever and whoever they decide to like or treat well, is up to them. My advice is to look your best when u go there people.

I came in needing my sunglasses adjusted and Steven was the absolute sweetest help. He has such an upbeat attitude, great sense of humor and was very kind helping me out. Definitely recommend working with him!

The entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and just plain wonderful. Dr Ngai is wonderful— had cataract surgery in both eyes and will be free of glasses now! I’m very grateful. The wait times are long, but WELL WORTH it. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Had my son's Ray-Ban lenses replaced without a hitch. Process was smooth and easy.. I recommend them..
