Great experience! Dr. Armand and team got me in quickly (same-day!), performed my exam efficiently, and gave a thorough (but easy to understand) explanation for everything. My glasses were ordered the same day and came in very quickly! There were clear expectations set for costs and what my insurance would cover and what I would pay for if I wanted extra - no surprises! Amazing service and glad they are here!

I have been a patient of Dr. Poland for a great number of years! My experiences and care have always been top notch!

I took my 3 year old son for a 2nd opinion. The staff were great. My appointment was at 2:30, we were brought to the back at 2:30. Jacob (who is a student to become a doctor, I assume in residency training) was awesome! He was patient with my son, calm, and even wiped his tears when he cried! As a mom, it felt good to work with a future doctor that is genuine and kind with his approach. My son loved him. I truly hope Jacob continues his studies and chooses to become a pediatric eye doctor, although he will be successful in whatever approach he chooses! I would like to bring my other two children to see him as they both wear glasses. We also seen two other lady doctors that were kind and patient as well! Overall, 5 star experience and customer service, which is rare in today’s capitalist economy. Thank you all that assisted and I hope Jacob gets to see this review and know that he is already having a positive impact in his industry/field!

THE BEST! My visit was for my annual eye exam for both glasses and contacts. I had the pleasure of working with Julie, the manager. She did an amazing job assisting me with finding the cutest frames, the perfect fit, and at a remarkable price. Highly recommend!

Dr Parker is great! Reviewed my history, gave me a thorough exam, developed a strategy with me and gave me a complete explanation/ education. And was sensitive to my schedule needs… All while being on time with his appointment time! A true pro!!!

Kathy in the Brick office is the best. I had an issue with my insurance. They made a mistake. She called them and spent time on the phone with them to fix the problem. They were taking so long, she took my number so I didn't have to stay since I had to get back to work. She followed up and after several calls, she never gave up and got it fixed. She also helped me a few weeks ago with an issue about my husbands glasses prescription. She's follows through with every obstacle. You really don't see people like Kathy anymore. She knows what she's doing, she's a hard worker and so nice!

Absolutely LOVE this place for my girls. I travel 15 miles just to bring my girls here. I love this place so much!! Thank you for everything you do!!!!

They’re rip off, I had insurance and my co pay should be $10 for each person me and my wife, but they charged me $166.34 and I went had paid then I ask for my prescription then they want additional $45 for prescription, they totally rip off …

I am just floored at how helpful and kind everyone was at Louisana Eye Doctors. I got fitted for contacts for the very first time, and they spent a great deal of time getting my prescription right and helping me learn to insert and remove my contacts. I honestly cannot say enough positive about the whole experience!
