This doctor's negligence resulted in my mother's misdiagnosis and subsequent passing.

First class facility, modern equipment, experienced doctors. Loss of 5th star: occasional staff issues and the feeling of being upsold.

Just had the best experience here! Marian knew more than anyone I've talked to at a vision center. She talked face shapes, skin tones, prescriptions, frame materials, frame colors, tinting options, and anything else we asked. She also knew her whole inventory....she could think of one similar to the one I liked, walk straight to it, and pick it off the shelf. She was happy to make suggestions or stay in the background. She was the ideal kind of helpful. And she even stayed a few minutes late to help us. I'll recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Jang’s office in Bellevue is located in the very convenient place, second floor of the Hyatt. Eye exam was very thorough using various equipments. And I received full explanation of my eye conditions and future care plans for healthier eyes. Kind and knowledgeable help with the selection of frames made very satisfying experience with the visit.

It was my first time ever getting glasses, the staff is so nice and sweet. I literally walked in one day asked if they had time for an exam and they did it right then and there. They had a deal where if you bought two glasses the exam was free, which usually the exam is $59 I believe. My sales associate Sam was so helpful and sweet telling me tips about glasses and being honest about what frames looked the best on me which I appreciated so much! The glasses came in a week and when they arrived they made sure they fit perfectly. Each time I put on my frames I was constantly told how cute they were which made me feel so much better about needing glasses. Now I have two pairs of glasses one metal frame and one plastic, eye exam was free, 1 year warranty (scratch or break fixed for free) on both glasses other small customs for $350 (no insurance) overall a really great experience and huge selection of frames to pick from. The photo below is the kids selection. The adults had like 6 of those panels not including the luxury frames.

Optometrist "Boyle" was a bit rude mentioning to "chill out" after I asked him to change the letter screen because I had memorized it. Additionally, he wasn't very thorough and I felt like I paid for someone to give me a a piece of paper that I'd throw away to go to another optometrist.

Very great service. Janet and Anna are super helpful in helping pick out what glasses to get and explaining the prices. Dr. Dao is amazing and she explains in detail what you need done. Very clean facility!! -I had to come back to reframe the glasses I currently have because they were too big for me and Carmen was excellent she helped me choose which ones properly go with my face shape. Great place!!

I've been coming to The eye center since 2007. And they've never disappointed me. I'm big on customer service, clean office, friendly staff and excellent Doctors. Dr. Nanasy and her team has delivered on being the Supreme eye center to visit. Oh yes, advance technology and a eye center that has the latest in glasses and contact lenses. If you know me as an insurance broker I can go anywhere but I'm at the best.
