I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen, which was great because this was my first visit with my daughter. Dr S was very friendly and handled my baby with care. Great job getting her eyes checked!!

The personal service is good, but on this occasion the doctor had ordered a photo check, and when it was my turn for direct consultation with the doctor, he wasn't online. I had to go through the expedited process, but I've seen that other people have had the same experience. The doctor is very professional.

This was my first time there and it will be the last time I go there as well. My experience was awful from the beginning to end . After my glasses finally arrived they didn't fit them to my face didn't do any adjustments. Pretty much rushed me out and when I needed my prescription changed they treated me like I was and it was an inconvenience

I felt compelled to write this review due to the results of the cataract removal surgeries I received from Dr Shoemaker. Firstly, literally every person I encountered at this facility seemed interested and empathetic to my feelings. Secondly, literally every person I encountered from the front desk, to the various stages of testing, to the upstairs nurses were absolutely friendly and professional. Finally, the results of having both eyes cataracts removed is life changing. The color and clarity I'm experiencing did not exist for decades of my life. Truly amazing! Now I completely understand why Dr Shoemaker and Center For Sight are one of the top rated facilities in the world... Bravo!

A while back I made an appointment and showed up. Well apparently they double booked the time slot with a large family and myself. I show up early to the appointment as I always do with appointments. 10-15 minutes into my scheduled appointment they realized what happened after the family comes in and they ultimately tell me that they have to cancel my appointment. The appointment for one person. Left and never went back.

I am extremely pleased with the care I received . . He is warm and very professional.I recommend him for anyone who wants a to go in for a cataract surgery

I have been going to another LensCrafters location for many years and I recently moved closer to this location. They are the best! I broke my frames and wanted to use the same lenses. They did not have the frame I needed in stock. I was told I could go online and order then bring the frame in and they would put lenses in new frame for me. It couldn't have been easier! I'm sorry I don't know the names of the people that helped me but they were terrific and the lens replacement took 10 minutes and no charge. You don't experience this very often any more. I really appreciate the 5-star customer service at this location. I will be back and recommend to others.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Malat for three years now. He is extremely personal, detailed, and thorough. One of his best traits is that he talks you through everything that he’s doing, while he’s doing it, and gives you a live update, which is very comforting. It’s an all around great experience going to Dr Malat’s office. Highly recommended.
