I had an eye exam there and firmly recommend yr facility.never had such a detailed exam with up to date machines. Then selecting glasses, the mger Waverly helpful and knew his field. Was pleasant to work with and listened to what I was looking for in a frame and lenses. Suggested frames that fit my face size also. Received one order and very happy with them.

Dr. Chang was very nice and respectful. But the little skinny lady that was the check out clerk not helpful at all. Dr.Chang where do you find this people with no empathy it's sad and disgusting 😢 can't be trusted! …

I needed patient, understanding care; I was not coping with my problems. Everyone was living up to their name of " Professionals." I was unorganized and forgetting instructions and had to call back 8 to 10 times. They seemed happy to be helping me and were not in a hurry; always saying call me again if you need something else. After one call I felt like singing "... I can see clearly now the rain is gone, gone are the dark clouds..." That is a good feeling.

Dr. Singh is great! He explained everything in great detail and was very patient when answering my questions.

Great staff that go the extra mile! Love my new glasses! Cedar Rapids Eye staff helped save me a lot of money by working with the manufacturer insisting that warranty cover the cost of new frames (not an easy ordeal!). Also the Dr was very thorough when my eyes changed to make sure everything is ok.

I recently got my Lasik updated after 20 years. I originally saw Dr Matt Brown for pre and post op checks the first time I had Lasik with Dr Thomas Tooma so I went back even though I have moved out of state. In addition, I have a career that requires me to be fitted for special vision requirements. I felt like Dr Brown and Cherylyn gave me the treatment of a queen, ensuring that I could get the surgery almost immediately, worked with my airline schedule, and responded to emails and texts immediately. I live in a smaller community where people still help each other and treat you like close friends. I fell like that's the personal service and treatment I receive from Dr Brown and Cherylyn.

Eye Doctor was super nice and informative. Facility clean and spacious. Employees seem to care about your thoughts and feelings but the wait was so very long to be seen. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins.
