Amazing staff! I was in need of quick minor repair (totally not reflective of the high quality of my glasses) to my glasses purchased from this location 3 years prior. And while busy and juggling multiple client/customer I observed a member of the staff provide each customer with his full attention and care. My glasses we're repaired promptly on site that day. And I wish I could remember his name, to give him the credit that is due. Was working Wednesday Oct. 18th I believe his name started with A D or B or something like that. As a former retail manager I would have been lucky to have someone like this on my team.

One of my favorite very nice glasses was malformed from being placed on a frame stand. Took the glasses somewhere that was not able to fix them and so they sat for a year. I found Shawnee Optix based on customer reviews. The customer service was absolutely wonderful! My glasses were fixed in like 5 minutes. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice the large selection of glasses they offer. I mean who knew Bobbie Brown had a line of glasses (maybe I'm late to the party). Trust you will not be disappointed with the service, care, price, or knowledge this gentleman gives.

I had a fantastic experience with H&B, it was super easy to schedule an appointment, the people were extremely nice and comforting, and the doctor presented me with a ton of options to help my eyes. I am looking forward to my next visit with them! I highly recommend checking them out!

The service at this location is below parr. They are grossly incompetent. My daughter and I have been here for several years and we just can't accept the poor service. My care through Dr. Beharry has been excellent. My IOC pressures are down, I am able to see better through her recommendations of cataract surgery and eyelid surgery for ptosis, and I now can see well enough at night to drive. She is following me for glaucoma and the start of macular degeneration. The staff is friendly and all take the time to explain eye tests.

My spouse and I are based overseas with the military and VSP plan ensured us that when we got our new glasses with them, adjustments can be made with any VSP provider back in the states and that the provider can still bill for that service. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude when I stopped by to inquire about this service, laughing in my face. I reiterated that this was stated by VSP in both writing and verbally. Horrible.

My husband and I highly recommend Dr Brad Cooper. He not only exercises great care and appropriately fitting one for glasses, but also investigates the eyes thoroughly for evidence of glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, floaters and retinol detachment, and is aware of problems caused by ocular migraines and light sensitivity. He takes time to thoroughly explain the effects of these maladies on vision. As an added bonus to the larger community, he speaks Spanish fluently for serious eye problems which may require surgery he is prepared with excellent referrals

He’s a stellar ophthalmologist! I appreciated his thorough exam and friendly bedside manner. It felt like going to see a doctor in a small town. The receptionists and front office staff are the best I’ve seen in a long time, they went above and beyond to help me get my report to another doctor when I really needed it quickly. This was a great find! I can tell he’s a pro and has been at this a long time!

Dr. Walker is amazing! I've been struggling with the prescriptions I've had over the past 5 years to no avail. I felt like I was never going to see clearly again and would just have to live with it. Dr. Walker is very thorough and educated me on the many aspects of vision and the kind of lenses I needed to see well. Albuquerque is very fortunate to have Dr. Walker's knowledge and expertise. As the song says, "I can see clearly now" — what a joy it is to see detail again! Thanks Dr. Walker!!
