I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Horn and his staff. My experience has been amazing. If you are considering anyone else, please see Dr. Horn first. It has been six months since my surgery, and my vision both far and near is better than every. NO MORE READERS!!

I was told before my appointment they accepted my insurance, and i booked a basic screening. Waited weeks for a basic screening. I arrived and was told by reception that I had an appointment with a specialist that I didn't ask for, and they didn't accept my insurance, so I'd have a ridiculously high payment up front. Then they said "oh the provider who accepts your insurance might be able to squeeze you in, instead", and then said they'd have to ask her. I asked when I'd know, they said 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, went back up to the reception, and asked for an update. They said "oh that person doesn't get in for another half hour, and we'll have to wait to ask her". We're they just going to ignore me immediately? Laughably bad waste of an hour, and they insinuated they might charge me for a missed appointment (but to be fair they didn't). Terrible, never got seen, and would never trust an office this poorly run to bill me correctly or schedule appointments even if I had seen the optometrist.

So helpful & knowledgeable. Got sunglasses for both my teenagers in less than 24 hours! Got exactly what they wanted too!

The rudest eye doctor I've ever been to. I gave them all the information that they required. And they made me feel like I was a bother to them. The doctor in the back kept pacing back-and-forth and Grunting When we were trying to get my information for them. I've never felt This unwanted i do not recommend this place

Love this hidden gem in ntsq shpng cntr they always make me feel at ease with my eyesight care in their hands. Phenomal cust srvce, warm & welcoming energy and they're always trying to meet your needs AND exceed them! 10/10 would recommend! Kindly and generously hooked me up with 3 pairs extra with my 6mnth supply of biweekly lenses😇😛🤓 Thanks again guys, much appreciation, all respect! 🙏 🙇‍♂️🙌✊

This has been the worst eye clinic ever. I got appointment at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:15 to make sure to do all the necessary paperwork. After checking in, I waited for one hour for my name to be called. Their customer service is the worst too.

The optometrist and technician were great. Good solid experience with them. What was disturbing was that the minute you walk in you can tell the manager in the optical frame are is trying to make a sale. They will not allow you to use your frames to send off for lenses which is ridiculous. Yes they lost the sale of a pair of glasses but could have made money on 3 pairs of lenses that were needed for my frames. Also I asked them to help me with my pupillary distance and same manager guy told me that he would have to charge me $15 to measure this. Shady shady place. Not going back. They are totally lacking in how to retain a customer base. Unfortunate.

In all my 28 years of wearing glasses Vision Thru Design provided me with the most thorough exam ever. Dr. Costa was great to work with. The people working counter were great and helped me pick out the perfect frame for my face and style. I’ll definitely be coming back as long as I live in the general area.

I had a good experience today during my visit at the eye doctor. I learned about a condition that can affect my eye sight later in life. Very up front and honest which is the best way to be with your customers. I was greeted in a respectable manner when I first came into the office to set an appointment. They all are very nice and believe in the "Golden Rule": Treat others the way you want to be treated." They even have that on their reception desk. I had a great experience, thanks for your kindness.
