Dr Shabatian was very nice and patient when I asked questions. His staff was very kind as well and the office/clinic was clean and sanitized. He always took his time checking me, after my surgery he was surprised as to how quickly I was able to see, we were both pleased with the outcome. I’m a million times grateful for his kindness and his great work ethic.

Honestly, this was the most professional, insightful, and detailed eye exam I ever had in my entire life. Dr. Diana, who was the optometrist, and Ms. Alissa were amazing and I recommend coming to them for great care for your eye exams. 10/10 service.

Had a fantastic experience. The doctor did a great job getting my prescription updated for me. I couldn't be happier with my new glasses. Sarah was also very helpful and made sure I was happy and taken care of. Would recommend.

Very accommodating to this mama bringing herself and 3 kids in for exams. We were able to schedule appointments to be at the same time just by calling the day before. The entire staff was phenomenal with my family, and the doctors were very thorough in their evaluations. This establishment was not in any way snobby, compared to other "fancy" eye clinics in Lubbock who couldn't be bothered with having only 1 parent with 3 kids. Thank you for having an excellent clinic serving the Lubbock community.

Waited over an hour past appointment time before being seen. Others in waiting room were upset enough they complained at desk and to each other. After operation was told eye drops needed to be put in 4 times a day but they never called in the prescription. Even with multiple calls asking when the script would be called in, they said, "sorry, we are backed up. If not by 5pm then probably tomorrow morning". Now, I'm no doctor, but 4 times a day seems like it had a job to do and not calling in scripts seems like laziness or just dereliction of duty. I'd research options for other places to go. Dr seems good but his support staff aren't up to the task

One of the worst medical experiences that I've had. Rushed through the registration process because they were running behind. Someone came out and called my name. No introduction . No job title given. I made an appointment with the MD because of problems that I was having with my eyes. Waited two months for an appointment. The person that called my name began evaluating my vision. After this went on a few minutes, I asked if she was doing a routine eye exam. She said she was. I asked her name and job title. Response: "Vision tech". I told her that I had an optometrist and that I didn't want or need a vision exam. In fact, I said this four times. She persisted. At the end, I was given a prescription with the doctors name electronically signed. No review by the doctor. The doctor comes in, tells me that I don't have cataracts or glaucoma. Doesn't ask about presenting problems, symptoms, medical history. Nothing. When I presented one of my symptoms, from across the room, he said: "I don't see that". He proceeded to turn around and walk out of the room. My insurance was billed for vision services and medical services under the doctors name. Will be contacting the insurance company to see if these practices meet insurance criteria.

This practice is very well organized and very well staffed. My experience here has been very good. I had cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and I was very impressed with his level of sophisticated equipment at the site and amazed at their surgical suite that was very similar to a hospital. Friendly and caring staff. Dr. Hund was informative and professional, as well as friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

This is a salesperson not a Dr. I had obvious pink eye....their completely useless admin told me I owed them almost $300 for the "exam" and they bill the insurance later. I knew I was covered so insurance refunded me the difference but they wanted to give it to me in "store credit" and kept calling me again and again for a follow up appmt so they could charge me another $300 for an "exam"....used car salesperson....not a Dr!!! Ugh!!
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
