Dr Martin is amazing and a great person. Been going to him for years. However, his office staff are constantly rude, unprofessional, unpleasant and argumentative. Unfortunately.. we will not be going back and taking our business somewhere else.

Great Visionworks location! Staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Found a pair of glasses I love and my eye exam was super quick. When I arrived the store was very busy but it did not affect my experience or wait time. Thank you employees of Visionworks :)

Dr Patel is a very caring and personable doctor, she gets to know her patients and their families. She works towards giving you good quality vision so you can enjoy your life! She has a very amazing staff who take good care of us! I greatly appreciate her and her staff!

Great prices, selection and customer service. Worth the drive. Doctors are remote but the exam was the same none the less. Quick and was able to get trail contacts while I waited for my glasses for 7-10 days.

I’m sorry I did not like the service here Since booking the appointment. my confirmation email says 4:30 pm but they texted me saying my appointment is at 4:25 ? Then they told me they allow a 10 min grace period and when we got there at 4:40 for our appointment she made a comment “wow you’re really late” and the appointment was very rushed and took less than 5 minutes and we were surprised with a bill. Wished they would have told us that before. Really didn’t like this location, won’t be returning here.

Zilliox used to be the best. I have been sitting here for 40 minutes while they try to bill my insurance for contacts. The woman has said, "I do not know how to do this...". This is craziness and pure torture. Finally, after 35 minutes, she asked for assistance. After everything, they told me the incorrect price which I noticed. Also, a spider crawled up my arm - not their fault but further added to the torture if this place.

Dr. Chung and her staff are the best! I love this place. Dr.Chung explains everything and answers all questions in detail. The staff is amazing, comforting and helpful and it’s clean.

Arrived today at 11:55 for my 12:00 appointment. There was no one at the desk to sign in with and no one to be found, other than two other patients sitting in the waiting area. I could hear the doctor in the exam room with another patient. She exited with her patient and Kim (the owner) came out of another room. He walked over to the desk where I was and said, "You must be here to pay for something." I responded that I was not, I was there for my 12:00 appointment (it was now 12:00). Simultaneously, the doctor took the woman that had been waiting back into the exam room. I then asked Kim, "Am I not getting in at 12:00?" while gesturing to the doctor and the patient walking into the exam room. He looked at his watch and, with overwhelming attitude and arrogance stated, "I guess you're not." No apology offered and no explanation. Let me be clear---I FULLY expect to wait when I come to a doctors office, but if you are already one patient behind, I also expect--AT MINIMUM--an explanation and an estimation of when I will be getting in as well as an apology. There is a reason I scheduled this appointment during my lunch hour. The arrogance and attitude of Kim really turned me off. After being a patient there for the past 6 years, I will find another doctor who values and appreciates my time.
