Everyone was pleasant and thorough. Dr.Lin has always explained everything, answered any questions I had. Was glad to see she was covered under my new insurance plan so I could continue to have her take care of my eyes.

If I could give this doctor, his staff, and his office "0" stars I would. The majority of patients are elderly, so they don't know any better through their insurance sending them there.
He should have retired at least 10 years ago and yet he still working. He performed a procedure on my 96 yr old mother which broke up her cataracts into several pieces and left her sight worse with constant pain. I arrived from out of town only to remove him as her attending.
An ophthalmologist in Idaho falls performed surgery to repair the damage. My mother's sight now at 98 yrs old is that of a new born baby.
When you walk in and you see everyone there is elderly, you'll know why they're willing to trust a doctor who is practicing beyond the time he should, they feel comfortable dependent on his age = experience. His medical equipment is aged out.
Save your eyes.... go see someone whose young at heart, body, mind, and soul and TECHNIQUE.
Oh and by the way if you've had a procedure with him and you've gone for follow up appointments regarding that same procedure, you should not have been charged for the office visit fee.
Dr. Crystal may have been a fine physician earlier on in his career, but his time has passed.

The exam was efficient and the team did a great job of communicating the fees associated with the tests being run. However, the optimist was unwilling to measure pupillary distance and I had to argue with her about a script for my dry eyes. The optometrist said ‘it’s medical’ when my pcp specially said I needed to see an optometrist for this condition. She eventually wrote the script, but not until I had to make a scene about it. I don’t understand why eye drops were ‘a thing’.

The experience getting our glasses was fine, but the quality of the lenses was surprisingly subpar. Typically, everything I get from Costco is excellent quality, but these lenses are already scratched on both pairs after only 6 months of use, the lenses are so scratched, they need to be replaced. We’ve been getting glasses for 10 years and this was our first (and last) time getting them from Costco. We’ve never had this issue with any other pairs. I took them back to the store. The rep said we he might be able to do a one-time exception to replace the lenses, but my boys would have to be without their glasses for an undetermined amount from of time. Obviously, that wouldn’t work. I would steer clear due to lack of quality. The slight money savings is not worth it.

People take the time to write a bad review but rarely ever get acknowledge for the good. OSGB Staff You are appreciated for all you do if no one else tells you . Being in this area, you encounter the most entitled people sometimes. It's horrible to witness. Such a difficult time to be in customer service but I see all your hard work. Thank You !

Pleased with the care of the doctors. Optometry lab couldn't provide glasses in time for a trip which was fine, so we ordered online and planned to have glasses shipped to one of our destinations. Online ordering required interpupillary … More
